They had a locksmith out in just 30-40 minutes and on arrival worked very efficiently. I had the previous owners of my new home admit to retaining some of the keys, with keys to some doors not handed over at all. The keys I did have, I wasn't sure which doors they fit so the locksmith was there helping me work through and match them up! I felt so relieved to have them changed so quickly. Thanks!!

Absolutely top notch service. We had a key cut by a local key cutter who (not mentioning the name of any particular LARGE firm) did a bad job, and as a result the new key jammed solid in the lock. I phoned Surelock, and within the hour, their chap arrived armed with his toolkit and a much needed dash of humour had fixed the lock, eased my mood and charged me a sensible price for the service. I can definitely recommend these chaps.
