My key broke off in the door, total accident but left feeling annoyed. However phoned and within half an hour or so it was removed. Such relief. Great friendly prompt service would highly recommend.
J. R.Great service from Ryan who came straight out to us to open a front door when the locking mechanism broke. He got it open, provided a safe temporary fix, then came back the very next morning to fit a new part that had to be ordered (old non standard door), so the door is as good as new again. All within 24 hours and at a very competitive price. Highly recommended.
