K. K.I can’t recommend swift locksmiths enough. A polite young man came out to assist us when our front door handle came off in our hands.
He was very prompt and came to our rescue within an hour.
He did attempt to mend the handle, though we took the option for a new one as the old one was past its prime.
His work was very reasonably priced and his work was professional.

J. G.Bit of background, I had a new mortis lock fitted 7 months ago by a different locksmith based in Bassett. This lock suddenly failed, turned out it was a cheap knock off and not British Standard as claimed by that totally different locksmith. Suddenly found that the lock would no longer open and was desperate as it was the only access to the garden and needed access that day. Called Swift after finding them on Google and explained the issue over the phone- they made some suggestions first to try over the phone, but when that was not viable they promised to send someone within the hour. Took around only 40 mins for the guy to show up, he was straight in and had the lock opened and replaced with a new British Standard Mortis (as requested by me) within about 5 or 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend these for the Southampton area - very fast, professional, trustworthy and friendly. Checked the lock and could clearly see the British Standard marking this time. I will use these again in future.
