Called for a car lockout and replacement key and was saw the same day. Had a great little conversation with Ben and once he arrived had me sorted within 15 minutes. Lovely guy and great service, couldn't recommend enough.

Ben was amazing. My car locked itself with the keys inside along with my 6 month old baby, he got to me as quick as he could and managed to get in within minutes. It was a hot day and he advised me on what to do while waiting for him to come. Highly recommend Indy locks.

Ben was absolutely brilliant and a total professional. I lost my key down on Rhossili Bay leaving my car stranded in the car park . He was more affordable than the AA and also his lovely friendly dog kept us busy with kisses whilst we waited. He was in the car and I had a new key within 40 mins. Highly recommended.

LIFE SAVER! I took the dogs for a walk and made the mistake of parking in a car park that was soon to be locked! The bigger mistake was loosing my car key. I had 1 hour to get my car out of the car park. Also , the dogs needed their water that was locked in the car. I trusted Ben's reviews and boy did it pay off. I explained my situation to Ben and before I could finish he was on his way. He was there in 30 minutes and also had fresh water for the dogs! What a kind touch that was! I was able to drive away in time. I would have paid anything to get out of that car park in time and get my dogs home but I was pleasantly surprised with the cost. Very reasonable. Also what a character and a pleasure to meet. I will definitely recommend indy locks 🔐 👌 to anyone in need! Fantastic customer service and a real gentleman. Thanks again Ben!

Ben was great from first contact! Came out to assess the problem (free of charge). Couldn’t open van via central locking, couldn’t access any of my equipment I use for my business. Ben explained the issue and what process he’ll do to get problem sorted! Cut and programmed new key! Can gain entry into van no problem whatsoever now! Great guy also! Cheers Ben, much appreciated!
