We went to lock our backdoor on the way out for a meal to celebrate our Ruby Wedding Anniversary when it wouldnt lock! Nothing we tried worked & panic set in. I found All Hours on the internet & wow, what a service we got! I explained out table was booked at 8pm & it was then 7.10pm. I was told he was on his way & within 15 minutes he arrived. He was polite & checked the upvc door & explained what had gone wrong. He set to work & about 10 minutes later the door lock was fixed, panic over! The call out charge for a Saturday night was reasonanble too! I cant thank Regan enough for his help, professionalism & kindness!!!! We even made our table booking on time!!!! I highly recommend this excellent company, thanks again Regan!!

Cant reccomend this company enough! Our front door handle had broke we couldn't get in or out. Regan came out on a bank holiday weekend and sorted it, he fitted the new parts needed and re- aligned the internal locks too. Such a lovely polite and professional young man. Thankyou so much
