Called at 4pm to ask him to come to my company to try and get me into one of our Portakabin units where we had locked ourselves out. Said he would come right away.
Called at 5pm to ask if he was still coming down, as I hadn't seen him yet... (our site is massive). Had to laugh... he had already picked the lock, replaced the cylinder and was on his way home. No damage to the door or lock, good price and sorted within an hour of making the call.
Know who my first call will be next time I'm in a similar situation (here's hoping not too soon).
A. _.After losing both my keys i gave him a call, after getting the quote he promptly came to resolve the matter and install a new lock on the building. Couldn't say a bad word about the experience, hopefully shouldn't have this issue again but his numbers saved and he will be getting a call if i ever find myself in a lock predicament again. Highly recommended this locksmith. 10/10
