I lost the only set of keys I had for my Vauxhall Zafira overnight. I called Ace Locksmiths first thing in the morning alongside other locksmiths. Ace Locksmiths was the only one who was able to accommodate me within a couple of hours. The gentleman created two keys for me within half an hour for a reasonable price. I definitely recommend, especially when panic sets in first thing in morning from the previous night!

I had damaged key fobs. The Main Dealer quoted a small fortune to supply the key fobs and fix and replace other key related hardware in the car. It would also take a few weeks to book the car in. Luckily I found Neal and his company through recommendations from other members of our car owners club. I contacted Neal and he booked me in 2 days later, he replaced the fobs in no time at all, no hardware needed to be replaced. What a wonderful service! We have a 25 year old meghane that my son has been learning to drive in. We were down to one working key and when that suddenly went we were unable to bypass the immobiliser. Phoned around but because of the age of the car, they just weren't interested... ACE, a local family firm came out and although weren't sure if they could mend the key had other ideas to get round the problem. Anyway he was able to fix the key at the cost of £96 which is probably more than the car is worth but saved us having to scrap a very low mileage (32000) perfectly useable vehicle. I contacted him straight away and he gave me quotes for new keys and told me he will be able to programme them in a few days. Range Rover keys stopped working at the weekend so I requested quotes from 5 companies. By Monday morning 11am I hadn't heard back from one and was recommended Ace Auto Locksmiths by a friend. Called Ace Autolocksmiths as out car key were left in the front door and stolen by someone walking past who obviously planned on coming back for the car. Really excellent service. Neal came over within a couple of hours of me submitting a query to his website (although I told him my problem wasn't urgent). Car had deadlocked and manual lock was broken - the auto recovery man hadn't been able to get in, and we'd basically resigned ourselves to having to smash a window. But Neal didn't give up and after trying a few approaches managed to pop the bonnet through a tiny crack between the window and frame: amazing. He also fixed the lock, sorted a second (spare) key for us and even topped up our coolant. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

He explained how he'd fix it and what the cost would be (which was nearly half of what most of the other quotes were), and he was there the next day. This gentleman absolutely rescued my friend and I when we lost our keys at Thorpe park and couldn't get in to our car.
