My key broke in the lock of my French doors. Phoned Keyed Solutions, chap arrived within an hour sorted the problem. He noticed that the door had dropped slightly (it was installed 30 years ago) and worked some magic to stop it putting a strain on the lock. When I mentioned that I had another set of French doors installed at the same time and that the lock was a bit stiff he sorted them as well at no extra charge.

He also took the time to correct some unrelated issues and advise on other aspects of security of the doors. He was professional, polite and an excellent value for money, I would highly recommend Martin McPherson.

The locksmith arrived on a Saturday evening within 45mins of being called. He was very efficient and and professional. He worked out the best way to gain entry to the property with minimal disruption (really important as there was a young dog inside the property) and with no damage to the surrounding frame.
