Having used lock for previously to fit my new locks as I wanted to up my security I was very happy with the polite friendly service I received so when I locked myself out had no hesitation to give Sean another call. He managed to get into my garage for me and get back on the house with no damage to my doors on 5 mins. Brilliant service price and response. Cheers again

I locked myself out of my car and Sean was sao quick to react and help. I called yesterday at 18:40 and he was able to fit me in in the morning as an emergency. Not only was he quick, polite and prompt....the best price youll find. He's so reasonably priced i got a couple mates just leaving the house without the keys, they just call Sean (im kid but seriosuly his prices are amazing!).

Having had problems with our door lock we arranged for Sean to come and diagnose the issue. Sean was incredibly knowlegeable, friendly and professional. Sean is really nice. Very friendly and helpful and talked me through everything. I had previously called to ask about having front door lock changed and he gave me a quote which he stuck to when called a couple of weeks later. He also remembered who I was. The whole process was very quick and easy and he came out on the day I called despite him being busy. He also had a look at my back door and changed it round for me for free as it had been fitted the wrong way. I will definitely stick with Sean if I ever need a locksmith again! We moved into a new house recently and wanted our locks changed for peace of mind. I left Sean a voicemail to enquire about his services on Saturday, but given that it was the middle of the bank holiday weekend, I wasn’t expecting to hear back from him for a few days. He called me back within the hour and arranged to drop in on Tuesday morning to have a look at our locks. Twenty minutes before arriving, he sent me a text to let me know he was on his way, which was really appreciated after weeks of sitting around waiting for various service people telling us they would turn up at a certain time and keeping us waiting. Upon arrival, Sean was friendly, efficient, and clearly very knowledgeable. He patiently talked us through our options for a new lock, explaining how each one worked, how burglars could (or couldn’t) break each of the locks, and gave us time to talk through our options. Throughout these discussions, Sean made it very clear that we were in no way obligated to go ahead with the service if we weren’t happy with the cost he had quoted. Once we had made our decision about which lock to get, Sean got right to work and had our new locks installed in under half an hour. He then had us check them over and gave us some tips on maintaining the locks. It’s very clear he knows his stuff and we really appreciated how thorough Sean was with his explanations, while still getting the job done extremely quickly. He was in and out in under an hour. Excellent service from a lovely person; would absolutely recommend!

Called Lockfit out and Sean attended promptly, diagnosed the problem and worked quickly and efficiently to fit new lock. The dimensions were slightly different, which involved some chisel work to the door frame. Before leaving he made good the door frame. All told, he is a cheerful and tidy worker and highly recommended.

Long story short, I managed to stupidly snap my key off in my front door lock yesterday. My back gate was locked and had a key in the back door so I needed help. I called Sean and he was friendly on the phone, professional and put me at ease. He turned up promptly, assessed the damage and managed to get me in and change the lock; I thought he'd have a good laugh but apparently its fairly common 😅😂 I asked for a slightly more sturdy and secure lock and he supplied me with an Ultion at a very good price; the key itself substantial enough never to snap off in the lock thus never repeating yesterday's fiasco!
