Couldn’t be happier with my experience of Saunders. Couldn’t open the front door from the inside and they came out about an hour after I called which was above my expectations. It turned out to be a simple fix and they didn’t charge so I’ll only be using them in the future. Amazing customer service!

Fred came to look at my front door lock within 3 hours of my call and fitted the new lock that had to be ordered exactly when he said he would. He even came back at no extra charge to realign the front door deadlocking mechanism. Definitely recommended,
