Called out as our door mechanism broke. He turned within the time stated, repaired the problem and also adjusted both my doors (only one was broken), made sure everything was working properly and made maintenance recommendations . Door had started to be very difficult to open. Called Paul at 4.30 in the afternoon. I said no rush, but here 8.15 the next morning. Managed to change the door mechanism gear, locks, etc. Door 15+ years old and mechanism on it was discontinued and odd size. Paul had spare and saved the day. Otherwise would have been a new door! Would highly recommend. Very professional, quick, honest pricing upfront.
