Friday after and my key snapped clean in half in our front door. Went to see Gary who was at our house within 10 minutes. He managed to get the rest of the key out of the lock even though it wasn’t that straight forward. Gary is a very professional guy and so helpful. I would recommend him in any locksmith job that you need doing.

Came to the door to make me a new car key within an hour of first calling them. Very reasonably priced and a high quality car key was supplied (with a one year warranty). Having lost my spare car key and having been quoted a very high price for a replacement from the dealership I decided to try an alternative route. I googled replacing lost car keys and one of the suggestions was to contact a local locksmith. Another Google and a phone call later I had made contact with Gary, it was my best decision of the week. We arranged a mutually convenient meeting point (Gary arrived 10 mins early) the whole process took no more than 20 minutes. From start to finish the customer service was exemplary with careful attention given to ensuring I felt safe. I left with my working coded spare key which had cost less than a third of the that quoted by the dealership! I would have no hesitation in either recommending Gary to friends or in using him again in the future.

Christmas break 2020 - the worst possible time for a lock to fail but yes, you guessed it! Called Gary who was able to visit within 2hrs and stripped the entire assembly down; fitted a new mechanism and left us completely secure - such a relief!!! I was having trouble with the lock on my front door and called Gary to see if he could sort it out. He came very promptly and assessed the problem, and then returned when he said he would and spent ages adjusting the door and refitting the lock. Subsequently the door handle became very stiff to open and I asked Gary to come and have a look at it. I had an issue with my PVC front door , the lock kept jamming and as its a lever lock as well I was worried about cost. Gary took the whole mechanism off, it was an older style, he cleaned it all up worked on it and got it moving, he then changed the key lock part and gave me five new keys. The lock is easy to use and my door locking system moves like new. Gary saved me money and my house is finally properly secure. Trust me if you have dodgy door hes the man to call, he tries really hard and doesnt charge you extra. Its worth it to sleep at night. Highly recommend.
