Perfect place to go if life is getting a bit much! Karen makes you feel well at ease and totally relaxed. I get the back and neck massage and highly recommend Karen, great wee boost to get you aligned mind, body and soul.

I went to Karen as my body just felt so tense/tight all the time as I worked quite long hours sitting in the same position. I chose the full body massage and I cannot put into words the relief I felt during and afterwards. I was so much more flexible and didn’t feel my usual stiffness. It was such an amazing feeling I decided I had to make this visit to Karen a regular occurrence as Karen also made me realise how important self care is and made me realise I seriously need to start making time for me. So glad I found her!🥰

An oasis of calm ; tranquillity and total peace- a way to block out the noise and the stress of daily lives. Each treatment is tailored to your needs after a consultation on your first visit , and under the expert hands of Karen all knots and pains are eased away . Literally I have climbed into bed after each back massage and slept ; and coming from an insomniac this is a rare thing.
