I had an amazing reflexology treatment with Roisin. I had been experiencing hip pain in particular and wasn’t sleeping well. The session was so calm and peaceful. After the reflexology treatment, I had two days of complete relaxation, during which time I was also symptom free. I highly recommend Calm in the City Belfast. The therapist is very professional and gifted.

I have been having treatments with Roisin since she started out all those years ago and I can not recommend her highly enough. Since my diagnosis 5 years ago Roisin has helped me through chemo and 5 different surgeries with treatments specially tailored to my specific need at that given time. I love going to Roisin. It's so relaxing and as I suffer from headaches I find that because she works on my problem area (shoulders) I'm able to manage my headaches better and they are less frequent, it's also a lot more relaxing than physio. Roisin is very professional and has a lovely manner with her, she is definitely worth a visit
