Our experience started with a Google search of places to attend on Belfast as we were traveling from Dublin for the weekend. My wife has always said she would love to do a coupes spa package but I was always the one who backed out. But this time it was me who booked the Romeo and Juliet package as a surprise for our trip. It started with an email enquiry that was responded to very professional and promptly by a ladies called Katie and after this I got all the information I needed booked and payed my deposit. We arrived just before our time of 6pm that we booked we waited to be called and got some lovely selfies on the fabulous chairs in the waiting area. We were then called to attend the room and everything was explained to us clearly and promptly of what the package includes and was directed towards the champagne on ice and chocolates. We showered and put on our swim suits and got into that wonderful jacuzzi and sauna for about 30 mins undisturbed and already we new we made the best decision. After 30 or so mins the door knocks and we requested they could enter the lovely staff member informed us that it was now time for our massage to begin if we could shower and dry out selves off that she would be back in 10 mins and that we should ly on the beds as this was my first time I had lots of questions like should I leave anything on or what and was informed that decision was completely up to me. So up we get onto the beds side by side and the 2 therapists came in and asked was it ok to begin and from that point on the only thing we could say was wow why have we never done this before. The staff was truly professional from start to finish we were made feel so welcome and comfortable the massage was fabulous we felt so relaxed I even fell asleep during the treatment lol this just says it all on how comfortable we were After the hot oil massage we then got a body scrub and this just left us feeling so refreshed it was unbelievable. After treatment we showered again and got dressed and together we both felt truly amazing like walking on air afterwards I would have no problems in recommending to others and in our words wow how could this make us feel so good Can't wait to return to Belfast would definitely book again. I had a great traditional Thai massage which helped loosen my body, and I felt much better the next day. My masseuse was very friendly and attentive to my comfort, and the venue is very clean and professionally presented. Highly recommend!

Belfast's best kept secret. Wonderful massage by lovely staff. My partner and I had a Romantic escape for 2 package. They led us to a private room with a person jacuzzi and a sauna, that also had the massage chairs in it. We relaxed in the jacuzzi for 30 minutes with a pink bubbly glass each and after enjoyed a relaxing full body couples massage. Felt so good and relaxed I struggled to stay awake for the rest of the day. 10/10 service and cleanliness as well. Go ahead, treat yourself! 💕

A fantastic quality massage with very friendly workers I can't thank you enough it was just brilliant. Targeted areas perfectly and got deep very well. The masseuse I had, Natty was truly outstanding and phenomenal and a lovely caring person. If I could rate more than 5 Stars I would not hesitate and would recommend this place to everyone. One of the best massages I had in a long time. June was wonderful, applied enough pressure to relieve all the pain and relax me completely, which I thought was impossible as I was very agitated today. She is a godsend! I asked for coconut oil and June warmed it up, after each section she applied warm towel for added comfort. I cannot recommend this place enough. No booking needed, but it is advisable to call in beforehand. Will most definitely come back!

First time ever getting a couples massage. And we will be back! The ladies were lovely, very polite and attentive. The couples massage consisted of private jacuzzi, sauna, massage and a bottle of bubbly. The room had 2 showers and you were provided a robe, towels and slippers. After time using the jacuzzi and sauna we had the massage. We had our massage and it was great. We could barely open our eyes afterwards! Needless to say we will be back.

Been to this place twice, got two different girls each time. Really professional staff and they are absolutely lovely friendly. I had booked first time but staff unaware of booking, but was able to take me anyway as it was opening time in the morning. Will definitely be back more.
