I really recommend reflexology with Jackie. It helps to calm my mind and relax me. I tend to have trouble sleeping and it really helps me to sleep too. Jackie has a lovely warm and friendly personality and really makes you feel at ease. She will explain where you are holding tension in the body and offers advice and guidance after the treatment about how to ensure your mind and body can stay more relaxed and free from stress.

Just had an excellent back and neck massage and facial, with Cathy. It was so what I needed. I have been in a very difficult place emotionally and this helped me release a lot of my tension and gave me one hour of complete mind rest! Cathy used hot bamboo sticks to rub on my skin, I cannot find words to describe the indulgence and deep relaxation this brings. Thankyou Cathy, totally recommend.

This place is my little escape to destress and be revived again. I would always go for a deep tissue sports massage and I would come out walking like a feather feeling so light and relaxed after. I am so glad the place had been recommended by a friend from work. The room has got a relaxing ambiance and even with the mask on you can still smell the lovely oil infusing in the air. The website has got everything you need to book from therapist and type of massage you need. Highly recommended.

Had a great massage here last week Michael... which was a full body Swedish massage. It was one of the most relaxing and muscle stretching id had in a while. Just the right level of pressure to do something to your muscles - but not too much. Michael has a very calm demeanour and has the gift of making you feel both relaxed and comfortable in the space. The room is also very lovely and not austere or clinical, which some places can be.

Personally, I have never been to a professional massage therapist before but I will definitely be seeing them again. Had a wonderful experience with The Room in Belfast today. Tracy was very professional and helpful with the procedure by communicating and concentrating on the areas where I need particular attention. Throughout the whole time and at the end of it, she kept explaining why it’s stiff and the muscles are tensed on my back, neck & feet (where I can seriously feel the relief) and what needs to be done to strengthen the core and find a permanent solution for the same. I would seriously recommend them hands down to those who are looking for the same.

Pregnancy massage 😊 I’ve attended The Room for a couple of years now for regular massage, and was so happy to be able to continue with this treat whilst pregnant. Once the gruelling first trimester was over, I was more than ready for some self care! Tracy was as welcoming as ever, and made me feel so at ease with every pregnancy quirk accommodated without fuss - comfy pillow between the knees, room/bed not too warm, comfortable side positions that still allowed for worthwhile, relaxing massage - all allowing me to really relax and not be distracted by any of those niggling ”is this ok for the baby?!!” thoughts that are constant throughout pregnancy. I definitely credit those massage appointments with easing a lot of the hip/back/shoulder pain that can come with carrying a baby. Worth every penny!
