I was recommended by a friend's friend to see Dr Ashok when I was in a gathering at a friend's place. Everyone spoke highly abojt the doctors and tge services. I am glad to share my experience at Dr. Ashok's clinic. I visited them to help myself from chronic heart burn and other gut related problems. I am having these complications on and off for five years now which lead me to further ailments. I was so desperate to go back to the good old days where I used to be a normal healthy person who can digest any food and get along with life so easily. I found them in search for a complete cure. The staff and the doctors here are warm and caring. They focus on both your physical and emotional well being. They understand and explain clearly what's the problem and suggests you some ways how you can manage it with simple lifestyle changes. They lend ears to all your problems with a lot of patience and my consultation with Dr. Poonam was more like a friendly chat. Their ayurvedic medicines give a lot of hope rather than the fear of side effects and also their holistic approach to the problems helps not only to treat the symptoms, but also to get rid of the actual underlying disease. I am on treatment now, and I can feel a lot of good changes in my body already and i am sure I'll be completely normal following all the advices and the medicines. Medicines are for few weeks or months depending on your condition. Hoping to get fully cured sooner with lots of positivity. My heartfelt thanks to them :)

Dr Ashok's Ayurvedic clinic is one of the best Ayurvedic clinics I have found in the UK. The professionalism of clinicians and above all Dr Ashok's knowledge about Ayurveda is brilliant. I had taken treatment for IBS symptoms and have greatly improved. Dr Ashok's knowledge about IBS was second to none. He was able to explain in detail to me about the problem and the ways it can be controlled. His medication worked wonders for me. I also want to mention that when I compared the pricing of his medication & consultancy it was fairly priced as compared to some other ayurvedic practitioners in the country and above all he never charged me for the postage even though he posted medication to me numerous times. I can't thank Dr Ashok enough for his honest and fair advise to me and he always explains if there is something which he thinks is out of his specialisation field. I have my nephew who also received wonderful treatment from Dr Ashok for his medical issue and since then he has never felt that problem recurring to him. Dr. Ashok is always and will always be my first choice for any Ayurvedic consultancy & treatment and I will highly recommend him.

my wife and daughter have suffered from skin conditions. My wife had her dry skin and eczema flare ups many a times in the last 12 years, my daughter is 7 yrs old and has had eczema since she was about an year old. we consulted Dr Ashok after a recommendation from a friend. I must say it is the best thing we could have done for skin condition for my daughter and wife. My daughter had so much itching all the time, she was so irritated and would not even sleep well. The GPs medications were not very helpful and she was getting skin infections too in her eczema. On top of this her skin, her respiratory symptoms were on high in summers. She also has asthma and allergy to pollens which was a big problem with ongoing infections, runny nose and watery eyes. She has been on quite a few medications including oral and also application of oils for massage, but she has recovered very well over a period of time. Over the last one year she has been the best in her health and we are very delighted with the treatments from Dr Ashok. He was very thorough and has helped us a lot with our health concerns, over last 2 years. He is a very good doctor, his weath of knowledge in his field is beyond comapare. I have also taken my mum to him for treatments and I would highly recommend him to all my near and dear ones as I wish everyone good health.

My son is currently in hospital for an asthma attack after months of being well. I had ran out of dr Ashoks prescription. During this admission he would not stop wheezing despite nebulisers and 10 puffs of ventolin. I requested more of the ayurvedic medication and finally he is improving. A combination of both medications has been great.

I have had treatment for arthritis in both knees here. I went after being told I had no choice but to have a double knee replacement by NHS doctor and was told I would not get my flexibility back. I started with weekly massage and herbal medicines. Stopped taking Ibruprofen and continued having massage once a month. I have now been discharged by NHS saying that my flexibility has greatly improved and I no longer need the operations. You have to stick with it, and it hurts before it gets better but I would definitely recommend it. I also had a recurring UTI which doctors kept prescribing antibiotics for. I had some herbal tablets from Dr Ashok and they cured it. Stopped taking them and it came back. Proof enough for me.
