I have had treatment from Dr Yu for various musculoskeletal problems over the last few years. Her knowledge and understanding is amazing. Sarah works really hard to put as much right as possible within each session. Sometimes it takes a few sessions because one thing has led to another and to properly fix what has gone wrong requires her to work through several layers of problems. Sarah understands pain and works with compassion. She is highly capable and I would thoroughly recommend her.

A big thank you to Sarah Wu of Harbin Therapies. For anyone suffering from back pain or COVID related problems I can highly recommend her treatment. At the beginning of 2021 I spent three months in hospital (seven weeks in ICU) with Covid. When I came out I couldn't walk, I had nerve damage in my legs and trouble catching my breath. After just my first treatment I was instantly able to walk with ease. After further treatments the circulation in my legs has improved and the pain relating to the nerve damage greatly diminished. Yesterday she noticed me panting with the simple exertion of arriving for my appointment, Sarah said she could help with my breathing. She did the acupuncture on me and I am amazed. Last night is the first night in six months that I haven't coughed! I am delighted. I am so grateful without her treatment I could never have progressed so well.

I have been visiting Harbin for many over two years now and Sarah truly is a miracle worker. I had a locked neck for years from an old rugby injury and struggled to turn my head at junctions when driving. It is now 90% right and I can even look behind when cycling. I then had an irregular heart beat (afib) and she got that back into sinus rhythm through deep tissue massage and acupuncture. I would strongly recommend a visit to Harbin before going down the western medicine route of treating the symptoms rather than the root cause.

Sarah truly knows her craft. I was suffering with chronic back pain and struggling to stand up let alone walk. I had been to see the doctor, physio and the chiropractor. I've been seeing Sarah the acupuncturist for 3 months now. I walked past the shop on the high street and thought I'd have a look. I explained the issues I had and she could see what the problems were. She is very experienced and definitely knows her stuff. Things have improved for me quite quickly and I'm now seeing her twice a month to maintain things. I've seen other acupuncturists over the years but Sarah has been by far the best. I'm quite anxious about needles but she has slowly made it easier for me manage and I have the best nights sleep that night. I can only highly recommend Sarah!

I took my elderly mother after three people close to me have been successfully treated at Harbin Acu. My mother has had a major back operation and has been informed by the hospital consultant that she requires a second operation this time to replace the lower lumbar spine with metal parts. Steriod injections into the back do nothing for my mum. God bless Sarah Yu, she has in just two treatments reduced my mum's pain. After many years my mum has been able to lie on her left side which prior to the treatments she was unable to do. I would highly recommend Harbin Acu. What they do is effective and results are noticed quickly.

I had Five sessions with Sarah for a neck ,back and leg problem resulting from a accident from 2018. Sarah Took history details, Then she combines massages and acupuncture over 60 mins which really worked for me . The following day I did not feel any difference but the day after I was so much better. With a combination of the 5 acupuncture sessions and physiotherapy my back is now so much better and I would recommend Sarah to anybody who needs a professional.
