Was really apprehensive at first as this was my first massage. Needn't have worried Iain made me comfortable as soon as I arrived. A very restful environment also helped. Due to being plump, I recently started exercising. After a few weeks I developed pain on the lower inside of my legs, I figured I would try a sports massage as nothing else was helping. When it came to booking myself in, it was all very last minute but Iain responded to my e-mails very quickly and managed to get me in over a weekend. I didn't know what to expect as I'd never had a massage before, however, from the moment Iain opened the door I felt welcome and was escorted to the room dedicated for therapy. Iain is a knowledgeable gentleman and very professional, he has carried out fantastic work. I found within a couple of hours of leaving that my pain was considerably lessened and I was even able to attend my circuit training class the next day. Definitely would recommend and will return in the near future.

I was greeted by a warm friendly welcome. Iain prior to undertaking any treatment took time to understand the problem and then explained how he would look to provide treatment to releive the pain in my lower back. After the treatment there was a visible difference from when I arrived to to the time I walked out. I know the treatment will take more than one session and I will be having follow up sessions.
