Lovely staff, took my mum here for a pedicure and myself for a 1 hour foot massage mid way through 2018. The staff were lovely and welcoming. My massage was overall good, but my mum's pedicure was in all honestly not worth the money. The professional who was meant to do it was not there, and whilst the person who did do the pedicure was lovely her lack of expertise on this one area was clear. Overall I won't be going back.

Had a great deep tissue massage with Sophia at Spa Diamond Birmingham. The treatment was not rushed, and felt even even post "After Spa - Bath". She delivered a very professional massage alongside a down to earth conversation which was the icing on top! I will be coming back soon most definitely! I was recommended to this place by a friend and it didn't disappoint. Mackenzie was the lady that gave me a deep tissue massage and she was great. She found a few tight areas so she suggested stretching first and then applied the deep tissue massage which made my muscles feel 1000 times better. Would definitely recommend.

Went in because I was experiencing really bad shoulder pain for few days. I had a 30 min sports massage, and feel like it was the best 30 mins iv ever paid for. Deep tissue massage was painful but i know my back was in a ridiculous state hence the pain,but can honestly say feel so much better and will definitely be going back for another session.

I booked this spa after reading decent reviews and I must say they are worthy he 5 stars. Although location may not seem like the greatest they have parking and the service and facilities more than make up for it The rooms are warm, spacious, romantic and you relax as soon as you walk in. Mh therapist Nayana was amazing, very skilled and knowledgeable. She recommended solutions for my ongoing problems with my hips and she tailored the pressure of the massage to different areas of the body where I needed it. I opted for the jacuzzi/jet bath afterwards and I wasn't disappointed. I left feeling very relaxed and I know I have found my regular salon now. Ontop of that they have amazing incentives live 20% off your next visit and a free facial after the 2nd visit. I cannot wait!

I have had a deep tissue massage with Karol. And I feel so much better than before. What I really appreciate is Karol's approach and advices regarding exercises as well how to schedule the treatments that my back's condition improves. I stick to his advices and the plan he put in place definitely works. I got a lot of experience with massages in different places, but this approach has been the best by far, with some obvious progression. Karol, thank you for that! On a negative note: The place in general needs proper cleaning. The pictures look lovely but I agree with some reviews posted earlier - the reality is not the same. The place got potential and can look so much better but needs definitely more care. On a positive note: I love the way how is set up the on-line booking system. It is very easy to use and quite advanced in comparisson to many other places. I love the relaxing music during the treatment, also the Thai theme in general which remains me on my holiday.

Been here twice. The staff are very friendly and professional. For my first treatment I had a Thai Massage from Amy, my first ever Thai Massage to be honest, it was super relaxing and Amy did an amazing job. This Friday past went for a Sports Massage and was looked after by Sophie. She made a point that I was at ease with the treatment and looked after me in an equally good manner. Needless to say I walked away with a pleasant experience thanks to her. Keep up the good work ladies.

Been here 3 times, 2 times my massage was mediocre and once excellent (Thai masseuse). Too expensive for what it is. Further to your response you should never hire masseurs who smoke during their shifts inbetween massages. The smell does not go away even if they wash their hands and their energy is diminished and not good for massage. Smokers should not be allowed to smoke before and during work as a masseur.

I went with a Swedish hot oil massage due to neck and shoulder pain. I was greeted warmly upon arrival by the receptionist Naomi who was very friendly. The service was very professional throughout. My masseuse Beth was excellent. I was given a loyalty card and you know sometimes when you get these cards and don't really use them well this isn't one of occasions ! I'll definitely be visiting again soon.

I had noticed that Spa Diamond had opened recently and decided to pay a visit. I have quite a manual job and so a good massage and pampering is one of the things I really enjoy. I was not to be disappointed, the staff were efficient, the surroundings and premises were top class and the prices very reasonable. I have visited Thailand and experienced a proper professional massage recently and this was every bit as good. I felt totally relaxed as I left, the staff were super friendly and I can 100% recommend a massage and pampering at the Spa Diamond. Thank you I will be back again very quickly!

I’ve been to Spa Diamond last month and had a mix of Thai and Swedish massage, Indian head massage plus bath in the end. It was brilliant!! Sophie did a great job giving me full body massage, highly recommended her. Staff are very professional and welcoming. The only thing I could say is one of the bed is too close at the radiator, but good thing Sophie noticed it and pulled the bed away. The location may not looks appealing but indoor especially the room you feel like you’re on holiday in a traditional Swedish cottage. Overall highly recommended. Thank you Spa Diamond!

I truelly love this spa, i have been there with my twin sister this week and we have the best massage ever (I had Thai oil massage and my sis had the swedish massage). The best thing about this place is that we had the most amazing and the loveliest staff i have ever seen (Lizzy and Shy). Honestly, they were so welcoming and so nice to us and i really can't thank them both enough. This was our first massage experience we weren't sure what to expect. But I want to thank you both (lizzy and shy) for taking the time to make us feel at ease, and going through a consultation beforehand, and for making it a treatment to remember. :D :D I will most definitely be recommending it to my family and friends. Fantastic couples Thai massage, very good value for money. Only improvement I would make would be massage tables with face holes so we could keep our neck and spine in alignment. Other than that, brilliant service and we left feeling significantly better than when we arrived so would highly recommend.

1 week ago it was my birthday and I spent the best 3 hours at Diamond Spa getting pampered from head to toe thanks to my husband arranging this birthday surprise! Firstly the place is amazing. It is decorated to a standard I have not seen in Birmingham for a long time. There is ample parking at the back of the shop which is also very convenient. The staff are all so very friendly and welcoming. The massage is out of this world and one of the best massages I have ever had. Staff is friendly and welcoming, massage was fine overall. Thou, the place has a strange smell when I enter. I made a payment for the "Valentine Offer - Romantic Rendezvous" package, it says online that this includes swedish massage with hot essential oil followed by a choice of either thai foot massage and Indian head massage and the total time would be 1 hour and 30 minutes. However, eventhough it started 20 minutes later, I was only given 45 to 50 minutes massage only, it should be an hour 10 minutes in total? I also paid for a 15 minutes after bath with Epsom salt inside which Im not sure if there was because the whole tub was bubbles.

My first visit to Spa Diamond, in Aston. It certainly won't be my last. The premises are beautifully decorated and one begins to relax as soon as you're inside! I opted for an aromatherapy massage with a spa bath to follow. It was wonderful, in a warm, inviting room, with background music that completed the relaxing ambience. The beautiful therapist was quietly attentive and kind and I felt the week's stresses fade away. With ample parking, friendly attentive staff, I can heartily recommend Spa Diamond.

An amazing experience from start to finish. I was made to feel so welcome by Nyomi from the minute I walked through the door until i left. It was great to be advised by Nyomi what the different treatment options were and what would suit me. She made time to go through everything with me which most therapists don’t usually have time for. I’ve never experienced anything like today at any other spa I have visited and I am extremely fussy. I had to travel half an hour but it was well worth it and I shall definitely be recommending it to my friends and family. My treatments were carried out by Lemise and Kim and they were both amazing therapists. This spa is a definite must!

Place is stunning inside only criticism I have is the horrible pink the building is painted in gives the wrong image looks like a brothel in the dark ashame when the inside of the building and all the rooms are excellent. Perfect Thai massage, Naomi who greeted me when I arrived made me feel so welcome, I booked through Treatwell and there wasn’t an option for an upgrade of hot coconut oil so Naomi gave it me complimentary which was so nice of her, I’ve always struggled to find somewhere that gives a firm enough massage but it was one of the best I’ve ever had, all the tension has gone out my neck, I feel light as a feather! Absolutely great. My first experience was mind blowing, the welcoming, tone of voices spot on for me.. As an x pro footballer we are use to having treatments after every training but this is hands down was the best... well done... A very genuinely friendly and absolutely charming therapist Jessica Morton who was welcoming and free of fake, forced happiness, which one unfortunately often finds in spas. There was no jibber jabber from jessica she just let me enjoy my treatment in peace. Afterwards I was given the proper amount of time to wake up from my treatment and not shushed out of the room right away I will certainly come back and will bring my friend along. 5* treatment, highly recommended....
