It's good. Safe, clean. Staff are polite and friendly but it seems they are overworked even though trying their best. The breakfast is OK but the coffee quality needs improving, it is dire beans being used, tastes like instant coffee. They don't retain a full breakfast option to the last hour it winds down early so eat before 10:30am The front counter staff are welcoming and the bar staff are helpful, they need to have more on duty. Rooms are clean!

I attended a wedding reception at this hotel and would like to thank the staff for their accommodating professionalism; a special thanks to the jovial Alessandra who lòoked after our more rowdy revellers. And the buffet was yummy!

Massage was very good and the staff were polite and welcoming. Massage was bought through Groupon as a gift for me by my other half and when booked gave the Groupon reference etc. The treatment ended and i queried as only had back and shoulder yet was due to be full body. Despite their mistake wouldn't honour the voucher for full massage.

My swedish body massage with Arabela was amazing! She was very attentive, intuitive and made me feel comfortable. It was easy to tell that Arabela enjoys the gift of giving massage and that it is more than a job to her.. I felt she fully connected to my problematic areas and did all she could to ensure I felt relief, even though this meant she was unable to complete her regular routine, she did so without hesitation. I highly recommend Arabela!

Excellent massage I bought through Groupon, managed to book it on the very same day, no problem. There’s free parking and the service is great. Only major downside is that the restaurant is right above the spa so I left smelling of chips and random food. You can actually smell it while being massaged.

Had a great massage from Katarina (I think that was her name -- tall blonde girl) this past Saturday. The lunch spa package was a great value. My partner and I both enjoyed our hot stone massages. I wish that the ambiance in the rooms was a bit better -- you could hear a lot happening outside the room, the window was way too bright, and the clock on the wall ticked really loudly -- but it didn't detract too much from the overall experience, and I will likely come back for a special occasion.

Everyone should experience the Oceana day spa. Edina and her team of therapists are very welcoming and there are so many treatments available you are spoilt for choice. I personally love the back neck and shoulder massage followed by the foot massage by Babor, they relax me so much, I have been known to nod off once or twice ! My friends and I usually go for the 2 treatments and lunch package which is great value - don't delay, give it a try, it's one of life's "must do's"

Hubby and I both had a deep tissue massage which was wonderfully relaxing on the first day of our holiday then on the friday (3 weeks ago) I had a pedicure which was lovely as well, only just removing the colour tonight and thats only because of the gaps at the bottom where my nails have grown, its still perfect, no chips or anything so very pleased with it. Would definitely go back next time Im down there

would not have guessed this place would have such a good Spa, trust me it does. Welcoming staff and nice outside area to relax and enjoy the pool, which unfortunately is unheated. Excellent selection of Spa treatments and the staff are more than accommodating.
