Abi is very experienced and professional. I have done quite a few sessions with her whilst pregnant as well as after my pregnancy. I felt very nervous during the time approaching the birth. Thank to her I have been able to arrive to the big day feeling calm and relaxed. I even used her playlist during my C-section! Her treatment also helped my milk flow after birth. I highly recommend Abi x

I've seen Abi three times and she's helped so much with my chronic inner-ear related dizziness. I have the 90 minute deluxe treatment which includes both face and feet reflexology (though you can choose to have one or both). It's a deeply relaxing experience. For several days after each treatment my dizziness goes, and I feel so much more relaxed. On the day of the treatment you will sleep really well!

I have had both pregnancy and postnatal reflexology with Abi and cannot recommend her highly enough: she is professional, friendly and punctual and always takes the time to answer any questions I may have during or at the end of a session. As for the reflexology itself, I find it incredibly grounding, balancing and effective. As someone who always has a full plate (professional/mum), I am often running on empty and the sessions with Abi feel incredibly restorative and healing. I initially went to her during my first pregnancy for weekly sessions. I had read that it shortens the "pushing" stage of labour and to my immense relief, this only lasted 10 mins with my first baby. I can only attribute this to the reflexology with Abi during my pregnancy. I wasn't able to have any sessions during the second pregnancy (for pandemic related reasons) and the pushing stage lasted an hour and a half this time round. If in doubt, give it a go, you won't regret it :) :)

Ive been working with Abi as part of a wellbeing programme for insomnia and peri-menopause. Her work as a reflexologist is beautiful but significantly, it has also worked tremendously well in reducing the heightened state of the adrenals and calming the pituitary gland. Really fab reflexologist, Abi is dedicated to helping you relax and unwind. She is very careful to make sure you are comfortable, and offers you a choice of your own music, some calming music or silence. The setting at her house is beautiful - very tasteful with a beautiful view from the window. The reflexology is just the right pressure, and she makes sure to check this with you every time. Abi takes you through each sore place at the end of the treatment and relates it back to your body and how you might be feeling. I'm currently 34 weeks pregnant and this really helped with my SPD pain and general preggo-related discomfort. I love visiting! Can't wait to go again :)
