I recently had a 90 minute Reiki session with Carly, it was a really profound experience and having arrived feeling quite anxious, I left feeling calm and relaxed. Carly is very good and I could feel lovely shifts in energy happening during the treatment. I’ll definitely be back for further sessions.

I felt very out of balance recently, both physically and emotionally, and decided to give Reiki a try. I couldn't remember much of a session I had twenty years ago so I went to see Carly with an open heart and mind. Carly made me feel very welcome, comfortable and safe and even a very short session (my fault, I got the time wrong) left me feeling much calmer and relaxed than I had been for weeks. An hour-long one a few days later was truly amazing. During the treatment I felt deeply relaxed but when I left I was my old self again, positive, full of energy and optimism and the physical aches and niggles I had for a couple of weeks have disappeared and not come back since. I had no idea Reiki could have such an immediate and positive effect and have already recommended Carly to a couple of friends who might benefit from her treatment as much as I have. She is an incredibly warm, caring and intuitive therapist and not only will I continue seeing Carly as a client but I will also be doing a L1 Reiki course with her soon.

I'd been interested in trying reiki for a while, but didn't know what to expect or why I was drawn to it. Over three sessions Carly helped me leave a lot of old emotions behind, some of which I hardly ever thought about, but had been quietly living with for decades. I went in with a blank canvas for what I might experience from my Reiki session. I was in a space of imbalance and had a lot of personal issues that I was going through. At first, I was sceptical if I'd experience it as intensely as I wanted to or if I would feel anything at all. But as soon as the session started, there was this tingling sensation that I felt almost electrical, very subtle and present throughout. With Carly's hands hovering over my chest and head, she sent a current of energy into me. Right into my heart, which she'd said later that these are the spaces that were mostly blocked. The session lasted more than an hour, from start to finish. However, it felt like I was in a more profound time zone. The energy that has been transferred felt that it was in simultaneously areas throughout my body. It felt almost universal. I unexpectedly cried after the session and felt a lot lighter yet full of love. I was pleasantly surprised with this Reiki session with how healing this was for me. I have since recommended it to so many people and to go in with an open mind and heart for a healing experience that is like no other.

A friend recommended energy healing and I liked what Carly offered on her website so I thought I'd give it a go with an open mind. I've been going for about 5 months now to internal family and reiki sessions and it has a positive impact on my life. Its hard to describe what happens in the sessions but results from reiki include physical healing of a sore neck, healing of my traumatic birth (which unknownly was linked to a physical disconnection with my partner), I am more aware of my "parts", don't drink as much and generally feel at peace with myself. Carly is both a passionate and compassionate healer. I She really loves and believes in her modalities - both the therapy work (which I haven't tried yet) and reiki.
