What a relief! I felt so revived the day after. I had a great sports massage this week from Charlotte. She held a thorough consultation. I loved her space, too, very relaxing. The session was eye opening about the way I walk and why would that be. I saw her particularly for a women’s health focused session but we covered many areas and I had lots of useful info. I can help myself at home with those until my next massage which I’m looking forward to.

Charlotte is a knowledgeable practitioner and has a woman’s best interests at the heart of her practice. I have completed the core restore course and have seen and more importantly felt so many benefits from the course and Charlottes guidance. I have had a few massages from her as well and the work she has done on my diaphragm is amazing, I can really breathe! She also released a muscle in my glute and that made such a difference to my back and abilities to move. I would really recommend a massage and a chat about pelvic floor with Charlotte, it might be just what you need!

Booked a massage with Charlotte to help ease postnatal aches. So much more than a massage. She gave me advice on improving my posture, checked my abdominal muscles and suggested exercises to resolve flexibility problems in my hips The massage itself was amazing, every part of my body was holding tension and she relieved it all. Charlotte was warm, welcoming and made me feel immediately at ease. She’s very knowledgable and helped me understand what was going on with my body - post partum and exercise injuries galore! I was very achey and sore (and just a tad stressed!) before I saw Charlotte and she helped work through that with great massage. She just gets pregnancy and birth and the stresses and strain this puts on the body, and so she was able to target specific areas and explain why I was so achey and also what she was doing to ease the pain and promote healing. I’d highly recommend seeing Charlotte for some R&R! She really knows her stuff!

I don’t think it’s possible to have a massage with Charlotte and not love it! Not only does she know exactly what she’s doing when it comes to your muscles, but she’s full of helpful advice about how to keep those pesky niggles at bay. Her impressive anatomical knowledge and clinical skills enable her to quickly ascertain how your body is working - or not quite working - and how she might help. Whilst massaging, she strikes the perfect balance of pressure where it’s needed with pleasurable massage. As if this were not enough, she is people oriented, hugely empathetic and is completely committed to nurturing your overall health and well being. She seems to have a loyal following - and for very good reason!

I couldn't recommend Charlotte enough! I've had 6 appointments so far and have noticed huge positive changes after every session. The way I hold and move my body, the release of chronic pain from my pelvic floor and huge reduction of joint pain in my left knee, have been some of the incredible changes. I found the massage treatment particurly helpful, I experienced extremely senstivity in my breast which made breast feeding very painful for 3 months after the birth of my daighter. I have just come back home from my massage with Charlotte. For some time now I have had a bad lower back and general tightness in my body. Everyday when I get out of bed I feel a bit sore. I, like many Mums/parents, have a busy life, a bit of stress. Ok, I've had a baby and I'm edging nearer to 40...so it's life. Deal with it.
Finally (I am now 2 years post natal) my back got really bad and it triggered that I should book an appointment.
After just one hour of some pretty intensive massage and a really good chat about all my body woes, not only does my back feel released but so many other parts of my body that were interconnected to that little niggle I went in for are feeling so much better. Charlotte is really knowledgeable and passionate and so I also feel a renewed motivation to prioritise "self care". For me, that includes the knowledge I gained on her Holistic Core Restore - I also highly recommend this course which will teach a woman skills for life.
If you are reading this and considerring if you can afford the time or money to see Charlotte, then absolutely, do it, you won't regret it, and if you are post natal, the sooner the better.

Despite not being able to run the original course, Charlotte kept in touch and informed me when the new course would be running.
