T. K. L. S.I recieved Rewind therapy with Victoria. A type of hypnotherapy that helped undo and release a lot of the trauma from my first birth experience. Aiming to clear the path for another child/birth experience in a more positive manner for the future.
It was emotional, yet extremely supportive and calming. I have the recording to play back when ever I need to revisit the rewind and re release any trapped feelings or energy towards birth.
