Set in a tranquil, beautiful and peaceful setting Sue’s cabin in a little oasis of calm and tranquillity. I visited Sue today for a Swedish massage and it was excellent, exactly what I needed to relieve stored up stress and tension in my muscles, really good! I’m booked in for a Reiki treatment next week and can’t wait! Thank you very much Sue for your skill and kindness. Update: I've now had a series of 3 reiki treatments with Sue and they were thoroughly enjoyable and incredibly relaxing. I subsequently felt really boosted and refreshed afterwards. I'd also been experiencing some long term discomfort/pain in my side and this has now gone (much to my surprise and delight). I would highly recommend having a reiki session with Sue.

I found Sue, but google Reiki - Sue's Reiki treatment was wonderful, it made me feeling extremely relaxed and I slept so well for a few nights, I will definitely be going back for regular treatments. The atmosphere in her treatment room is very tranquil, the whole experience is wonderfully peaceful and Sue is a lovely person. I would strongly recommend her, and I am going to try out her massages too.

I've just had a 30 minute back, neck and shoulder massage with Sue. The massage was fantastic and my shoulders feel a lot better. The setting is very relaxing and lovely and Sue listens to what you want from your treatment. Thank you Sue, I will be back again soon.

I have had PEMF treatment mat at Sue's Inner Self Therapies a couple of times now and it is amazing first time I used it was cause I suffer from bad PMT pain and it took it away i had no more pain. Next time was for a sore back and it made it feel better. The PEMF treatment mat is such a good treatment for your body and what better place to come have this treatment then Sue's Inner Self Therapies in a cosy relaxing cabin which makes you feel relaxed the moment you walk in the door.
