Yoga --
Lily is so welcoming and approachable that it makes attending the first session calm and relaxing. The sessions focus on mindfulness and tranquillity, that by the end of the classes you feel like yourself again after a stressful and chaotic day.
What I admire most is that yoga with Lily is the perfect time for self-care and the opportunity to be around like-minded people who share the same or similar ethos. I like how individualised and intimate the sessions can be, as I look deep within myself on ways to acknowledge the positives traits and identify ways of working on my weaknesses to become a better person. At the Wednesday's sessions, being able to share these moments with Lily and others in what feels like a tight-knitted community helps to create the atmosphere of non-judgemental and open practice that I feel Lily aims for throughout the whole session.
With the rise of self-care and mental health awareness, Lily is an advocate for the importance of making time for ourselves. I'm grateful going to yoga enables me to work on myself.
Whether it's a challenge mentally and physically or a need to unwind, Lily offers both as she encourages us to work on ourselves to become better people.

‘Lily’s Wednesday night classes really are a highlight of my week! Lily has such a clear and patient way of teaching- she encourages everyone to challenge themselves while giving all the support they need. No week is the same and we do such a variety of moves with lovely music and candles in the background. Not only are there fantastic physical benefits and I really see myself making progress but the meditation and affirmations really help with my mental health too. Lily has helped me maintain my body whilst training for a triathlon. Lily has a vast amount of knowledge in many relevant subject areas to do with the body, sports therapy and wellbeing. A week ago I had a Nidra Healing session with Lily, the whole session was an emotional rollercoaster, but the good kind. By the time we finished I felt lighter, like a weight was lifted, and yet I know I have to keep listening to giving myself time and focus not make it a one-time practice. Lily is very patient and open to hearing every aspect about what it is you want to heal and will guide you in a very positive and soothing tone how to identify these emotions and heal your concerns. Loved it! - Oh yeah, and my session was done remotely, still the effect was amazing. Thank you Lily!

Wow, just wow. I was completely blown away by the Nidra healing session with Lily. I read some fantastic reviews beforehand, but I didn’t know what to expect and how I would feel myself. Lily made me feel so relaxed and at ease throughout the entire process. I found Lily when i suddenly developed issues with my lower back. Lily was absolutely fundamental in restoring my mobility and literally helping me get back on my feet. She is very well educated on the topic of 'sports therapy' and keeps you informed of what she is doing and why throughout every step of the process. I also found her premises to be a relaxing and professional environment where i was made to feel completely at ease. Highly recommend!

I LOVED my treatment! Right from the consultation over the phone I was made to feel at ease to speak about what my issues were, didn’t feel rushed at all. The little cabin is so cute and warm I immediately felt at ease.
The experience of the nidra healing is hard to explain and I didn’t really know what to expect but was the most relaxed my body has ever felt in my whole life!
The hypnosis is recorded so I can listen to it daily which is really helpful as it’s hard to just change your mindset after years of bad habits.
Would highly recommend and I can’t wait to go back and have some more treatment for all my other issues 😂🙏🏼💚

Lily is a dedicated professional, who provides a great service. I went to her for a sports massage to relieve some issues I was having with my back and muscular knots; which in turn were giving me neck pain, and occasionally headaches.
I'd never had a sports massage before, so Lily explained what to expect; and that there would be a level of discomfort during, and potentially the day following the massage. She was correct on both accounts.
Following a series of visits my back issues dissipated, and I have not suffered since. I would highly recommend her for sports massage, although I suspect she is probably equally as professional in other aspects of her business.

I have been using Lily for a couple of years now. She came highly recommended and I cannot now highly recommend her enough. Whenever I have a problem with my back, shoulders, stiff knee, Achilles tendinitis or whatever is making me uncomfortable, she has always been able to get straight to the problem and sort it out.
She is knowledgable, professional and has always been able to help ease my aches.

Lily is so knowledgable and lovely. She offers a range of services and is very good at all of them. I first came to lily with a back injury due to being a professional dancer and she had me back to normal in no time. She also provided me with exercises to strengthen and prevent injury in the future which were instrumental in my recovery. I had a brilliant experience with Lily, I was a little timid at first coming in after Covid, however, the place was immaculately clean and I felt incredibly safe in the space. Above all though, Lily helped me so much, I plan on returning as often as possible. She is the only person who has ever even come close to making a difference, and what a difference she’s made. I started going to lily 2 years ago, before I went to lily I thought the pain I was in was due to the amount of sport I played, rather than anything wrong with me. With the sports massaging lily enabled me to continue playing with less pain and with her yoga classes she’s taught me the tools to ensure I stretch properly and how I can best manage my body.
Couldn’t recommend her highly enough, without her interventions I doubt I’d be able to continue playing football at the level I am.
