s. h.I've had a lower back pain for quite some time due to the job I have. I'd tried everything from physio to osteopathy and I have also seen a chiropractor but nothing worked. After a few sessions with Mark the sharp pain had gone. He literally is a lifesaver. Now and again I get a flare up and Mark's on hand to correct it for me. I would definitely be at a loss without Bowen therapy!
K. W.Have been visiting Mark for several months now after a recommendation of Bowen treatment by a family member. I had undergone physio on several occasions and vistited an orthopaedic surgeon to discuss an operation as I was in alot of pain and finding certain activities restricted due to a slipped disc in my lower back.
The treatment is unlike anything else around ,at first it seems very gentle and left me wondering how this was going to help with my painful back ..but during the week that followed the treatment I felt a change and my overall sense of well being increased after each visit ..
Something else I have managed for years is migraine ,hormone related losing about 3days every month to sickness and awful headaches ...I realised that I had not had one for two months and so on ..haven’t had one since jan now!!
I visited weekly to start the treatment off and then Mark suggested this could be decreased and I now visit once a month to keep on top of the back issue and keep my migraines at bay .
I really would recommend this treatment to anyone who is in pain and not found resolve in other methods ...give it a try I tell anyone who will listen how good it is .
Marks treatment room is easy to access with good parking .

I went along on one of the appointments to see this in action because my husband has had a very poorly Back for a long while and is seeing the spinal unit . when he came back he could bend like he never has and felt at ease.made his heavy job a lot easier for some time .
This was not a cure or ever did they claim it to be , but it eased him for many many weeks to the point where the therapist even said take a break from it your doing good.
The treatment room is private , light and very clean .
I would most definitely recommend this and I speak for my husband for sure . The therapist is very professional , listens to everything you say and just knows what he’s doing, he takes notes of everything he’s done and everything you say and keeps it all on your records ... I nicked named him “magic hands” !!! It really is an amazing therapy like magical !
When you read into this therapy and hear it’s history it’s an amazing story and this should be tried before you judge , also it’s Not expensive like a lot of treatments out there .
Bowen therapy with this therapist is spot on and effective !!
D. N.After suffering for years with back problems and leg issues I was advised to try this. I've tried many things provided by the GP etc, medications, physio and sports therapy which haven't made much difference.. This however has been truly worthwhile. I couldn't believe how much this helped with my mobility, my pain and overall well being. I could definitely feel the benefit from that first session, and with everyone that followed I was seeing myself becoming more and more active and like my old self. I highly recommend this and Mark (who's highly professional) without his help and this particular therapy I'd be stuck in that limbo of pain and living a half life afraid of being active.
Can't recommend enough, best choice I've ever made.
