As a sports massage therapist myself I’m very picky about my own treatments. Cannot recommend Kieran oreily enough. He will break you down but remake you in much more pain free ,tension free version of yourself.1000 times recommend.

I had an amazing physio appointment & deep tissue with Rebecca yesterday. I have a shoulder wing that has been causing me pain for ages & keeping me up at night. Rebecca was great she was so friendly & helped me so much she advised me on exercises to do at home to help and also gave me a deep tissue massage. I felt instant relief after the massage & the exercises are helping me. I highly recommend Rebecca she is brilliant at what she does, I can’t wait to go back for my next session with her ❤️ x

I popped my hip out today and was in terrible pain after it, I booked in for a deep tissue massage and they got me in within the hour! The girl was extremely professional and helped to work out the tight muscles around my leg and hip, I couldn't recommend them enough!!

I have been receiving treatment from Colin (The Bowen technique) he has been treating me for a recurring foot problem. I have felt a huge improvement. I am on my feet all day and it is a huge relief to be almost pain free. I can't recommend Embody enough. Colin is extremely knowledgable in his field and feel totally confident I am receiving excellent treatment. Thank you to all the staff at Embody. So glad I found this gem of a place!

They offer a wide ranges of treatments and I've had both the Hot Stones Massage (a lovely birthday gift) and some Bowen Therapy too. I've always found the staff to be very friendly, polite and knowledgable and will def be back for future visits. I loved getting the voucherfor treatment as a gift - a really special experience!

I was suffering from terrible pains in my neck and shoulders due to a prolonged period of extreme stress. I was at the end of my tether one Sunday and was surfing the net to see if I could get a massage that same day. I stumbled across Embody by chance . What I loved about their website was you can book yourself in with the therapist of your choice at a time to suit you. Miraculously they had a slot there and then. I enjoyed the most professional and stress relieving massage I had ever experienced , by Lorraine. She even took the time afterwards to show me some specific exercises to help further release any tension ( they worked !) I am booked in again this weekend for another session. I cannot recommend Embody highly enough.

Embody has friendly and professional staff. They massage therapist I have experience with is Guy Murray. He has helped me greatly with back pain and nerve entrapments. He also helps patients manage their issues between appointments as well as educating them during sessions.

Embody is a friendly and professional massage clinic. It offers a wide range of massage and holistic therapies, such as Bowen Therapy, Remedial Massage, Pregnancy Massage and FSM. I have been in many times and never been disappointed - I will be back and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a general massage or treatment for specific ailments.
