Thanks to Suzanne for the excellent service. I was a little nervous of getting gel nails after a previous bad experience but Suzanne was very reassuring and knowledgeable and explained the benefit of every step! I wanted something special but understated for my holiday and Suzanne offered a wide range of colours. She gave excellent advice for matching colours. Will definitely be booking myself in for a post-holiday massage! The spa space is very serene and Suzanne’s calm, gentle nature makes for a lovely experience!

I have just had a full body massage which was amazing. Suzanne was very professional, welcoming and friendly. Right amount of tension and she worked into my knots which I what I look for whilst being massaged. The room was warm, cozy, relaxing, and the heated massage bed is the most comfortable one I’ve ever experienced also loved the arm rests which made me relax all the more. When I left I felt so tired, relaxed and de-stressed. Would definitely recommend and have booked in for my second massage.

Fantastic service! Suzanne at Serene Beauty was reccomended to me by friends at a breastfeeding group. After having a baby and breastfeeding, I have quite bad back ache but Suzanne made sure to listen and work with me on the areas I felt needed attention and muscle relaxation. I felt completely relaxed and at ease in her company especially for my first ever massage. Her spa room is incredibly beautiful and comfortable and with this, the products she uses, her practice and her attentive care, I will definitely be booking in again and again!

Back again & this time went for my big wax session in prep for my holiday. I had my armpits, legs, bikini, upper lip & chin done so I was expecting a painful hour or 2! I was pleasantly surprised at how little pain I felt & I’m really happy with the results - I’m a convert! Suzanne mostly used lavender hot wax & it smelt great & felt lovely on my skin - I’d even say it was relaxing, which is probably the weirdest review of a wax sesh if there ever was one 🤣 Finished off today with a scalp massage & I left floating! Really pleased this has been added & I can’t wait for my next one! Thank you Suzanne, you’re a wee magician!
