Excellent physio - David particularly helpful in supporting my teenage athlete. We’ve seen a few physios over the years and my son feels this is the first time he has been properly listened to and not given a standard rehab!! Yasmin also excellent - very friendly, efficient and helpful with the booking process. Thoroughly recommend.

I turned up for my first appointment feeling pretty helpless and in continuous pain with my foot, and even after the very first session, the difference has been incredible. The low level laser therapy, acupuncture and physiotherapy have improved my mobility and reduced my pain so much - it's really transformed my day to day life and has even helped with my mental health! To top it off, David and Yasmin are both so lovely - I can't recommend David enough.

There are no words that can describe the difference in how I feel physically and mentally since I started seeing Dave at Sports Therapy Scotland. I went to see Dave after struggling with severe pain for several years. After being palmed off by doctors and given an extreme cocktail of medication even though I have a young family and this affects my cognitive ability and daily tasks, I visited Dave in the hope that I could even feel 10% better. On my first meeting with Dave he made me feel incredibly comfortable and welcome, his warmth and friendly personality combined with his insane knowledge of the human body meant that within a few minutes I knew I was in the right hands. I have now attended Dave for a while and unlike other physiotherapists I have been to in the past Dave looks to resolve the issue rather than have repeat business. It is clear he has a passion for helping and it is his purpose to help heal people. Having autoimmune diseases means that my symptoms will never go away however my pain has remarkably reduced since attending my sessions with Dave. Dave helps you understand the body and why it reacts in certain ways so you can try to make changes day to day to avoid further injury which again is something I have not experienced anywhere else. I cannot recommend him highly enough! Between Yasmin the practice manager and Dave you could not meet nicer or more welcoming people.

I have been to a few course with David at Sports Therapy Scotland and have more upcoming courses! The courses are fantastic, I've been to several courses elsewhere, but have left not feeling confident or fully understanding the content. With the courses at Sports Therapy Scotland being carried out in small numbers you receive much more support to ensure you leave feeling confident and I feel much more at ease asking questions if I am unsure about anything than I have in previous courses with large numbers. I've learned so much from being on these courses and looking forward to learning more! Can't recommend highly enough!

I would definitely recommend Dave Jenkins and Sports Therapy Scotland. Dave is a very knowledgeable and experienced physiotherapist. When I first attended, I had extreme pain and Dave's treatment helped to make it bearable as I struggled with work. His input helped with my diagnosis of 2 rotator cuff injuries and his treatment and exercise plan were critical to my recovery. I continue to visit Dave every 3 weeks and he provides a customised, preventative maintenance treatment for my condition which keeps me well.

Best Physiotherapist I've been to! I was in such a low place before I found Dave. I was sore, in pain and had been to NHS physio who basically told me I was a loss cause. I saw Dave who understood exactly what was wrong and how best to help. I've been seeing dave now for over 3 years for cryotherapy, acupuncture, exercises etc. He has been incredible and supportive and has helped me manage my pain and get stronger. I recommend him to anyone who says they need a physiotherapist. He is great, friendly and supportive.

Dav has helped me out for a few years now (maybe more) working on deep tissue, skeletal alignment, hip mobility, acupuncture, cold therapy on the lead up to my bodybuilding competitions in the past and I even had those treatments as general maintenance.Your body does require a service every now and again 😀 'Hollywood' Dav has a ton a knowledge in this field I can say with confidence he would be able to help anyone with any serious issues or little niggles. The detail he can go in to will give you confidence straight away that you know you've met the right person to help. Yasmen is a delight and will take your booking with care. Any issues and she's on it. A great addition Dav. Jordan has been helpful in regards to assisting me with STS's new Hyperbolic oxygen chamber (next level for your health and a GAMECHANGER) and in general a really nice guy. What an amazing experience. For months ive been struggling to sleep and getting up was more than a hassle in the mornings , iv been suffering with stomach issues for a while as well, ive had 2 sessions with the chamber, after 1st session felt more clarity and freshness in my thinking and day after felt so refreshed and slept like a baby that night , after 2 nd session i feel like a new person..loads of energy absolutely no stomach issues and sleeping like i used to and want to get up in the mornings and still feeling like this after being in chamber 5 days ago… feel tgat goid ive booked a regular weekly slot… after trying lots of stuff to try nake myself feel better … woukd highly reccomend the chamber for a total well being experience

Sports Therapy Scotland came to my attention through a recommendation after suffering long term joint and back injuries since my early 20’s and visiting various Physiotherapists, Osteopaths etc across Glasgow and Edinburgh. The team working at Sports Therapy Scotland have been unbelievably helpful in helping me, trying out a variety of different methods to alleviate my issues and have not been afraid to be hands on which I have found some pain clinics can be. This has lead me to be the most confident in nearly 8 years of pain issues that with the help of Sports Therapy Scotland and a new Doctor I will finally get some answers to a near decades worth of pain issues which are still to be diagnosed. I would highly recommend the team to anyone who has had major or even minor issues in the past and seek to improve their lives with a dedicated and informative team.

I came to these guys as I had a recurring muscle injury in my back. I'd never had a sports massage before so wasn't sure what to expect. David was really good about the whole thing and after 40 mins of the deep tissue treatment I felt right as rain. I'd recommend these guys to anyone and I now go at least once a month.

Just started the facial cryotherapy few weeks ago and it’s been great. I always had issues with my skin, but the results are so much more than I expected. I’m going for the 10 sessions course - the price is very competitive for this type of treatment. Also, everyone at STS has been so helpful and professional. Can’t recommend STS enough if you have muscular issues. I first went to them three months ago with really bad sciatica pains in my back and legs. They were the only clinic I could find that took emergency appointments on a Sunday. Within 1 session Jordan had me walking upright and the I have continued with regular treatments to resolve the ongoing issue. Facilities and services offered are great, staff are professional and I’ve always managed to get appointments when needed. Highly recommend!

I have been a client of Jordan Edgar's for over a year now and my visits to Jordan for massage have been incredibly beneficial for muscle recovery.
