I couldn't recommend Lois more highly if you're looking for a top quality massage or reflexology treatment. She is incredibly warm and friendly and really shows personal care and attention. It was my first reflex experience with Lois and it's definitely going to be a regular thing for me - it's amazing that you feel like you've had a full body massage after the treatment. She also gives what I call a 'proper massage' - something that is actually doing good and not just making you feel relaxed... although that is a lovely bi-product:)

Absolutely magical! Lois puts you at ease as soon as you meet her. The space for treatments feels like a little corner of heaven. I had a reflexology session and I didn't know how tense and stressed I was until after because the treatment was unlike any other I've experienced in a long time. I am going back the same week for a massage as well. Highly recommend Lois's services.

It is hard to find anything to fault, the treatments and treatment room are superior to what you would get in many ‘luxury’ spas in the area. The best massage I have ever had ... by a country mile ! Having suffered with chronic back, neck and shoulder pain for nearly 20 years now I have had more than my fair share of massages in the UK and various countries abroad. Never have I ever had a massage as good as this! Quite often, when you have a massage, certain areas of the back/neck/shoulders don’t get worked, particularly areas of the lower back or they don’t get worked for long enough, and Lois really made sure to not leave any areas out, has had fanatic technique and really got into my muscles like no one ever has before. Lois was not only so professional and exceptionally talented at her craft, but also so warm and friendly and I felt like I’d been coming to her for years after just one session. I am thoroughly looking forward to my next massage!
