D. G.I've been joining exercise classes on zoom with Val since the beginning of lockdown. I've really enjoyed them. Val is always punctual, very professional and quick with a word of encouragement or motivation, just when you feel you can't do anymore! She also demonstrates and clearly explains each exercise so it's easy to follow. I've lost weight and my body is toning all over very nicely. Very happy! Davina
