As a fairly new entrant to the world of holistic therapy, Hayley treated me with respect and care, establishing my needs and level of comfort and working within those boundaries. The treatments I had enabled me to be more mindful of my own self and the impact of simple activities of drinking more water and getting enough sleep. I was able to discuss all aspects of my treatment honestly and openly with Hayley in the knowledge that she treated everything in complete confidence. The atmosphere and ambience of the environment that she practices in induces mindfulness. I am looking forward to my next treatment in December and cannot recommend Hayley highly enough. Came here as was suffering from my usual sinus infections. I felt so much better after just a few hours later after treatment. I usually need antibiotics. Very relaxing too. Definitely use her again.
