M. M.Love love love. I'm a gym owner and have lost count of the massages I have had over the years. This place is my second home. They are completely professional and ask where the areas of concern are, the strength of the massage and any areas you would not like touched, I.e
your head etc. I always have my head massaged, it's part of the full body massage. Just make sure you're not going out anywhere after though as your hair doesn't look its best. They use pressure points and relieve any tension and can feel if there are areas of your body that are tight. Highly recommend
