I was severely in pain with my back and desperate. As someone who was dubious about massage, and if it actually works, I decided to try it. Tasha took the time to listen and involve me in the plan of what treatments were best for my underlying issues. She is friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. I have had a number of sessions with Tasha over the last few months including cupping and sports massage - with a programme of stretches to do between sessions and would highly recommend her.

Tasha has provided sports massage sessions on a number of occasions. I have previously had reoccurring back problems and have finally found someone who not only eases my discomfort but has helped me sustain a much improved back condition for over two years. I couldnt recommend Tasha enough she lives and breathes health and wellbeing and the fact she provides a mobile service is an added bonus. I always feel completely at ease, and so much better following a massage. Highly recommend.
