I had a massage today at Pura Spa and it was absolutely lovely and relaxing. Upon arrival I was greeted and then as soon as the therapist rubbed oil on me I was so relaxed. They played relaxing music and the room was nice and quiet with candles and the oil smelled really nice. I had an hour long full body massage and it was really lovely. I was offered a shower after to rinse off the oil. Lovely customer service and the massage was just what I needed. I will highly recommend Pura Spa to friends & family.

Nice procedures, but not a great customer service. I feel deceived as the the spa package on the website said it covered a mini consultation, plus I was told when buying the procedure that it would be arranged. As a matter of fact, they did not provide the mini consultation, saying that there was a mistake on the website. If I were them, I would honor the customer's legitimate request as it was their mistake, not mine.

I went there for nails and massage, what was very nice and enjoyed. However, there is huge room for improvement, especially decor, equipment, materials. That's a pity that dodgy looking plastic bowls are used for nails. This items are so cheap, so could be updated. There is no proper chair for pedicure, and the bed is so uncomfortable to stay on for 40 mins or more. Simple things to make service much better.

Have never visited the spa as I do not live in London. But I ordered their facial cleansers and moisturizer, and I love them all. Their Chyavanprash is also delicious in a cup of almond milk!

As a vegan for several years, I had been searching for a Vegan Chywanprash - but had not found anything. I found this product on the bottom shelf of a local Asian Grocer in Kenton last year, and loved it. I've been ordering in bulk ever since, and have it twice daily, with a Jar at home and the office too. Looking forward to a visit to the SPA now that Covid Lock Down has ended.

Great service for the price, friendly and caring staff. Had an hour long of pregnancy massage, the therapist was very attentive and put the right amount of pressure on all the muscles that needed relieving. A cup of herbal tea was served at the end of the treatment which was much appreciated.

My experience with the spa is an amazing one. My massage by Romana was just excellent, so much effort went into the massage and I can truly say it's the best masssage I have ever received. The reason I give four star instead of five is because it takes me a while to switch off and unwind. My room was right next to the cafe and I could hear people in and out of toilet and the clanging of plates and forkes/people talking outside. After a while of relaxing I could switch off from this but is a slightly noisy environment for a massage. Thank you 💫

Had a massage here and it was amazing! Never felt so relaxed and at ease. Usually at these places you feel rushed to get out but I didn't get that at all plus the massage was fantastic - perfect pressure and felt my tension slipping away. Will definitely be back!

Excellent... The masseuse Prem is very experienced and know the exact pain areas to customize the massage accordingly to relief pain.. She is very friendly and I definitely recommend this place if anyone who is looking for some authentic massage Leena, the receptionist is lovely and treats the customers so well. I love this place and am now a regular. I've been studying Ayurveda for 2 years and was impressed by the knowledge of the Ayurvedic therapists there and the quality of the Ayurvedic offering. Everything from the herbal teas to the massage oils that they use in the treatments is in keeping with Ayurvedic principles. I've even met Dr Deepa who owns the place. She is lovely and very helpful. Would strongly recommend trying the place out.

Ayurveda at it's highest level. Also the products and fascial treatments are amazing. Skin is getting better every day and the smell of every creme is stunning. I think you get it. I really love AYURVEDA PURA TREATMENTS. Next door you find a nice tea and coffee shop to sit and relax. Would prefer to have such a nice ayuvedic diner with delicious food in Vienna.

I visited this spa many times during my pregnancy and it is fabulous. I had injuries and pain in my lower back and the massage helped me to heal and relax. I highly recommend Annetta in particular - she listened carefully to what was going on and could always tell what needed the most attention. One of the best massage therapists I have come across. Reception is always lovely and warm - plus the café next door is a great perk for a nice cuppa or lunch.

I often travel to London for business, and I came to Ayurveda Pura after an important meeting. I gave myself a gift: a whole body massage called Abhyanga. The spa was very clean and relaxing, and the practitioner was very professional. We talked about my body type to find out which would be the best way to do the massage. After the session, I felt lighter and relaxed. I really recommend it and I will come back next time I'm in London.

Food could be improved since it is expensive for the portions you get. Also, it is frozen food and not fresh and the veggie burgers are defrosted/wormed up in the microwave and for that, I am sorry it gets 1 star since it does not go with the healthy venue. Please Dr. Deepa, improve that side of the business and take my advice as a positive point.

The best Academy to learn anything and everything about Ayurveda and Yoga. Dr. Deepa is a great teacher and very passionate and knowledgable. Ask her anything and she can explain anything about Ayurveda in great detail. Highly recommend this place for learning as well as for taking Ayurvedic treatments and Consultation. They also have a vegetarian cafe and serve some amazing home made indian dishes.

Here only vegetarian cuisine, and inside the area for Ayurvedic massages. The service is also excellent, all the staff are friendly and helpful. Here you can't help but stop for breakfast, lunch or dinner calmly, without haste, savoring every taste, flavor and smell. (Original) Bellissimo locale! Appena entrati si sente la tranquillità pervadere la propria mente. Ottimi i tè e i dolci, e sporatutto i panini. Qui solo cucina vegetariana, e all'interno la zona per i massaggi ayurvedici.
