Lucky was amazing - she gave the most incredible deep tissue massage. It was the right mix between a Thai and deep tissue. Lucky’s ability to reach deep into the fascia to get to the most problematic areas left me feeling like I really got my time and moneys worth. It was the best deep tissue I’ve had in years. Absolutely wonderful experience.(Giving context because it's relevant!) It was my birthday and I wasn't able to fly to Thailand as planned however my therapist Yok made me feel as if I was already there!! It was my first massage ever and she made me feel like well pampered royalty. She worked tirelessly on all my knots, constantly reassured me and made me feel comfortable, talked me through what she was doing and the way she worked, I can't believe I received such a wonderful service in London by the sweetest lafie. 5 stars is not enough for Pilai! She gave me by far the best and most helpful sports massage I've ever had. I am using my upper body a lot for my work as I am a musician, and I get very bad neck pain and shoulders. She was very attentive with how much pressure I need and can tolerate and she focused on the areas that I needed more. That helped me a lot! She gave me a complete reset of my body and worked very hard to treat me and when I left I felt energised and very loose. I highly recommend Pilai!

It was my first time getting a Thai massage here and given the severity of my knots, I needed someone who could apply a lot of pressure to loosen up my knots. The first two masseuses were unable to give me the pressure that I needed, however three is the magic number and the third masseuse Katie gave me what I was looking for. If anyone has a back as tense as mine, I highly HIGHLY recommend Natalie and Ladda! Natalie and Ladda are both incredibly strong and really really know how to needle into those nasty stubborn points on tension. Natalie used hot stones on the really stubborn points, which definitely helped. I had a 2 hour massage, and I’m coming back for another one next week! I need to do this regularly! Nipped in here to see if I could book a pre-lockdown massage and was luckily able to get an appointment straight away. Had one of the treatment rooms downstairs, which was very clean and nicely decorated. The masseuse was very good and I explained that I'd not had a massage for almost 3 months, and she said she'd deal with the worst of the tension and see how we went from there. I generally like a firm massage, and this one was excellent and could feel the knots in my back and shoulders easing. I was very happy with the service and the facilities and will be back as soon as we're able to exit lockdown.

She immediately identified the areas that needed to be worked on and gave me one of the best deep tissue massages I have ever had. Following the 90 minute massage my legs and shoulders feel incredibly loose. In fact I cannot remember the last time they felt like this! I fully recommend this place. Obviously you can't compare the price from these countries here in London but the massage is as good as what you expect for. Natalie cares about her clients and makes sure they receive good service throughout. I'm happy to book regularly as I have chronic back pain and strained muscle.!

I don’t normally leave reviews but today I have to. Booked a couples deep tissue Thai massage, my masseuse YOK was amazing . I honestly felt relaxed afterwards. I had a lot of tension on my shoulders, back and neck and Yok really paid attention to each of the areas , leaving me with 0 tension. Natalie was also very friendly and welcoming. My boyfriend wasn’t too happy with his because he has a lot of back and neck problems and had a different masseuse. The atmosphere and customer service were 5* and very efficient. I would 100% recommend this place and the couples room 😀

I have received hundreds of massages over my lifetime and I can genuinely say the one I had at Baan Nuad Thai Massage is by far THE BEST MASSAGE I HAVE EVER HAD! I personally like massages with firm pressure and I usually leave feeling as though I didn’t get my monies worth, but I left Baan Nuad wanting to pay extra because of how satisfied I was. Not only was the pressure perfect for me but the therapist (Natalie, also the owner) is obviously very experienced and used extremely effective techniques to help reduce painful knots in awkward places I’ve had for years. Natalie is also very friendly, clearly cares that her clients are wholly satisfied and gave exceptional service. She told me to let her know if I am ever unsatisfied with any of her staff, proving that she takes pride in her business and is always looking for ways to improve it. I would 100% recommend Baan Nuad if you want proper massage services rather than a tickle by a beauty therapist.

Absolutely fantastic. I have had quite a few massages in my time, including visits to a cyropractor and other treatments for my headaches and tension. This was probably the best massage i've ever had. I walked in with a chronic headache, just on the off-chance I could get some kind of emergency treatment. Natalie gave me a half hour there and then which just seemed to hit and release every tense and blocked area in my back and head. The headache lifted. I went back again today for a longer 90min session. It was rather like having a really incredible medical treatment which you know will leave you feeling so much better afterwards. Natalie put an enormous amount of effort in to settling my body right, she was so knowing about what needed to be done. I can't recommend her or Baan Nuad enough. I am going to be a regular from now on.

I had an amazing massage with Natalie yesterday. After having 5 years worth of tension knots in my shoulders, I decided to give this place a go. The best decision I have ever made! I explained my problems and Natalie took it from there. I initially came in with a severe migraine and by the end of the session I felt 50% better and to my surprise an hour later the migraine was gone!. I chanced upon this place near work and am so glad I went in. I've had sharp excruciating pains in my lower back for a few days, unable to freely move around. I was treated to massage by the friendly staff who made sure I didn't leave till I was feeling better. I’d pulled my back the day before in a yoga class so booked up for a sports massage. From the front the premises gives a nice impression of a spa which I liked. The treatment room was beautifully clean and comfortable. Pilie gave me my massage and I’d asked for it to be very strong. She was so strong getting into all those horrible knots. I stopped by on my way to work and went in. I complained about an old sport's injury which affects my neck, shoulders and upper back. Natalie told me that she can help relieve the tension and began straight away. She kneaded out most of the knots behind my shoulder-blade, and will continue on a weekly basis until they are all gone, as well as increase the flow of blood to those areas. She is an excellent masseuse, and very strong. Just what I needed, because my previous sports therapists had been men. I needed someone who wasn't afraid to apply pressure. Thank you Natalie.
