My husband bought me gift vouchers just before the pandemic hit and they honoured them so many months later with two really great massages! Can not recommend highly enough. Hopefully can treat myself to go again soon :)
t. c.Always welcoming, i have been going to Body and Sole since it opened about 10 years +, they have always been warm and a smile on there face as soon as you come through those doors. The receptionist is very friendly and warm, the therapists are very good. And once you finish your treatment, you tend to drift out of the doors very content and relaxed. Thank you to all of you.

A. L.I went to Body and Sole for the second time today for a deep tissue massage and was hugely impressed. The staff are always welcoming and communicative, and my masseuse Angela was fantastic. I was asked what pressure worked for me and where I felt needed the most attention. Definitely coming back, but this time for an hour rather than half an hour!
A. K.I had a wonderful experience for the Deep Tissue massage where I booked a 30 minute session with Magda who was amazing. She put the right amount of pressure and really eased the tension I had in my back. Not only that but the staff there are friendly and welcoming. I would definitely go there again.

I have visited a variety of spas across London and each time, Body and Sole has been the best in terms of atmosphere, quality of treatment and indulgent products - plus the treatments are offered at a very reasonable price. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming and I always leave feeling refreshed, relaxed and rejuvenated. The diverse range of treatments on offer is outstanding – I am always spoilt for choice. So far I have had the reflexology, massages, body scrubs and waxes – all superb (especially the reflexology!) . I have recommended a number of friends to the spa and each of them have been impressed and have become regular customers. I thoroughly recommend Body and Sole!
A.A heavenly treatment. Booked reflexology for the end of the day and was just the right thing too as felt totally relaxed for the evening. Foot had been painful but I was so surprised how much the treatment helped as was walking about next day without as much trouble :) looking forward to next treatment and definitely recommend the healing hanfs of lovely therapist.
