I have trained with Charles for several months and he’s really excellent. I’ve gotten so much stronger and fitter. He’s really professional and always listens to what you want to achieve suggesting things for your exercise at home too. I recently completed a 5.25 mile swim and I didn’t even do that much swimming training - it was largely because of my training with Charles that I was strong enough to do the swim! Highly recommended- either for short goals or for long term general fitness / training.

Charles offers a personal and exclusive one on one service that truly cares for the individual needs of his client. I approached Charles with a hip injury and he very efficiently integrated strengthening and rehabilitation focussed on that area into the hourly sessions. His calm and warm approach means that you feel safe and that your body is in good hands.

Charles is a fantastic PT. In the short time I have been training with him I have seen a huge improvement in my fitness and shape. He has also helped me with areas that were causing pain originally with his extensive knowledge.

I have been training with Charles for almost 3 months and I truly enjoyed the variety of exercises and the increasing challenges he gradually puts into our sessions.
Despite the mobility limitations related to the coronavirus pandemic, my sessions with Charles have noticeably improved my fitness.
What I really like about him is that he ensures that I use the proper technique and postures to avoid any injuries, avoiding to put too much effort in one muscle group.I haven’t even had muscle pain!

Charles is extremely professional and very personable. It has been a real pleasure to get to know him and to be trained by him. He is passionate about what he does, which combined with his enthusiasm, deep knowledge and imaginative use of training techniques, space, and equipment has made my training experience very user friendly and enjoyable. I was a complete novice and one of the things that Charles is very good at, is motivating and being very considerate of ability and fitness level, getting you to achieve your goals in manner that works for the individual in a relaxed non pressurised environment. I used to suffer from constant pain in my back and neck due to bad posture habits, along with doing my exercise routine incorrectly. I tried Charles's massage service to treat the discomfort, it took only a few sessions before becoming pain-free.
I found him to be very polite, professional, and highly knowledgeable about anatomy. So, I decided to try his PT services. Charles’s 1:1 training sessions showed me the right type of exercise, correct technique, intensity, reps to prevent injuries, and build my strength.
He designed a structured exercise plan for me, based on my availability. Also, he advised me and guided me on nutrition, sleep, consistency and frequency of training I needed to do in order to meet my goals.

Don’t bother with any other PT if you live in the Fulham/Putney area because I’ve tried a few and Charles is a class above. He has a degree in sports science and takes a very careful and considered approach to training and in my case injury rehab. I used to suffer from a bad back and Charles has helped me to gradually strengthen and stretch to a full recovery. He will tailor the class for your needs and change/adapt it every session. I would highly recommend him.

I was nervous about finding a trainer as I had never had one before and also recovering from cancer I was finding it very hard to get back into shape.
Well It turns out I was worrying for nothing. At our first session, Charles listened carefully to my situation and tailored my program accordingly. I have 2 sessions a week and am making big gains in my strength and fitness after only a month.
We work at good pace and although it’s hard he never pushes me to a place where I am uncomfortable.

Over the past 2 years I've spent considerable time, money and effort meeting with some of the UK's leading specialists in shoulder rehabilitation following a long period of persistent pain from a shoulder injury.
This involved Shock Wave therapy, manipulation and physio from Harley St consultants. Most recently we've been doing acupuncture.
However it was Charles who was actually able to deliver results. Excellent sports massage and also great personal training.
Charles actually makes the effort to centre the sessions around his client and that makes all the difference!

I have been trying to loose weight for a long time using an unfocused approach. Charlie gave me a easy plan to follow during the week incorporating Cardio and weights. From the initial 10 weeks I ended up loosing 12kg of weight.
I have been following his guidance for 4 months now, and I feel great. I am definitely more stronger, energetic and alive throughout the day. I used to have a foggy mind before, now it is sharp. My confidence has significantly increased from the training, and I am grateful for that.

My training sessions are taken at a time and venue that suits me.I personally prefer to have my training outdoor, because each time is totally different – a seemingly immeasurable resource of exercises to stretch, strengthen, tone, and exercise my whole body. Charles is very creative, using portable equipment together with nature providing variations of exercises in order to challenge me. I’m never bored doing the usual routine reps that one acquaintances with training –it’s actually fun, given flexibility of routine Charles provides. Charles knows anatomy & physiology, ensuring me that I exercise safely and properly whilst maximising results.
