Natalia gives some of the best massages I’ve ever had. I prefer quite firm, deep tissue massages which she is excellent at, but she is also sensitive to when your body needs a lighter touch. I recommend her to all my family, friends and colleagues.

One of the best experiences in London! Great location and the service, fantastic atmosphere! The massage done by Natalia definitely exceeded all my expectations! I was recommended by my wife to have a therapeutic massage for my aches and pains. I have had a few massages over the years but none have compared to my experience with Natalia. From my arrival the process was professional, caring and informed. The initial assessment was detailed and Natalia proved very knowledgeable on her subject. The therapy room was clean, tidy and comfortable with a relaxing vibe. Other reviews have mentioned Natalia’s magic hands and I would entirely agree with that description absolutely the best massage I have ever had and effective too. I had suffered from chronic neck pain for a while which made sleeping difficult, after the massage symptoms were 90% improved. The rest of me felt remarkably well too. Natalia is a lovely person, highly professional and an amazing masseuse, I would highly recommend a visit and I am already looking forward to my next one.

Absolutely loved my experience of a deep tissue massage delivered by Natalya. Natalya is an excellent communicator: she made sure we connected before the session. That helped me to relax and get the best result from the massage. After the session Natalya didn’t rush me (even though, we overrun the session timing) and let me slowly come back and get ready for my trip home. Highly recommending massage at Dragonfly Therapy. I will definitely be back.

The BEST massage in West London. I have been searching for a professional, pleasant and competent masseuse in a deep tissue massage treatment for a few years before I made an appointment with Natalia and she is an absolute treasure, I highly recommend her. Had an absolutely amazing deep tissue massage here on Saturday. I can highly recommend Natalia, her attention to detail is brilliant and she really released some tight tension, she certainly knows her stuff. Natalia is an extremely knowledgeable and talented massage therapist, and in my opinion the best in our area. She takes consultation with each client seriously and talks through any issues in detail before treatment begins and then she talks you through her processes and uses a variety of techniques if necessary - from trigger point therapy, deep tissue, hot stones, reflexology etc. She takes her time and creates a calming environment which makes me happy to come back to her time after time. I have suffered from chronic back pain for the better part of my adult life and it was only after I started seeing Natalia the issues are starting to be addressed. Every time I leave her treatment room I feel refreshed and relaxed. 100/10 would recommend.
