I just had the most fantastic experience at Gold Star massage. They are truly gold star. If I could give another star I would. Everyone is so friendly and funny ! I had the most amazing experience at Gold Star Thai Massage, Rian , I hope I spelt her name correctly, gave me a combo of deep tissue and Thai massage and it was amazing I feel like a brand new person, she knows the body really well, took out countless knots in my body, gave me advice on what to do and what not to do, diet advice, all in all her experience speaks for itself, it was so good I went back 4 days after with my wife. I love the fact she goes above and beyond for her clients and I felt really rejuvenated. Thank you very much. See you soon

The massage was amazing, the feeling afterwards, even better. They really worked on me like an old boot been brought back to life and that's how I feel. Suffered from back problems and the aftermath means I suffer from nerve issues, circulation problems etc, as soon as I got off the massage bed, I could stand without over sensitivity to the nerves under my foot. Counting down to when it is practically ok to go back, don't want it to be like - you went for a massage twice in a week!

It was my first time visiting Gold Star Thai Massage in Winchmore Hill and the staff were lovely. I knew I couldn't leave without writing a positive review. Upon arrival, my masseuse was waiting at the bottom of the stairs and seated me to my room whilst making me feel welcomed. The massage was great and worth the price. She could see I was in a lot of pain so she added hot stones and also asked her manager to come in and advise/check on my bad back. She then advised that I go see a Chiropractor because she could see I was in a lot of pain.... and so I did! I am thankful the masseuse offered me honest advice because I am no longer in pain. I came back just to give tips the particular masseuse but I could not find her. I would highly recommend this place for a massage - and will definitely return. Thank you!

Had the most amazing massage from the most incredible masseur. (Had many Massages in the past, this one beats them all). 2 weeks ago my daughter booked a massage for me. I honestly couldn’t walk my back gave way and was in a lot of pain. 90 min later I come out of Gold star pain free and mobile. The benefits got better over the next few days. Honestly my back has not felt so well for a long time. I went back today as I didn’t want to leave a big gap. All I can say miracle workers. Rian, thank you, you’ve worked magic. Rian the owner was very professional & knowledgeable about ailments of the body & the deep tissue massage with the hot stones was superb plus we had ginger tea after. I have been to many massage places around london, gold star is right at the top. Today was my second visit in last 10 days and i am looking forward to many more in the future. The staff are very kind and responsive. I called them 30 min before they close, but they still welcomed me. Absolutely GUTTED! I found Gold Star massage (Rian & her team) just 6 weeks before i moved out of London.... This was bittersweet, as i was extremely grateful to have found her but wish i had found her sooner. For many years i have suffered with neck, shoulder and back of head problems - causing significant discomfort and restricted movement. I know i have multiple trigger points and only once had these (semi-) successfully treated by a physio (using dry needling) a number of years ago. Since this time i have visited numerous physio's and masseuses but none were able offer more than a few minutes/hours relief . Rian and co have been fantastic and have really tried to help and have succeeded - i am very pleased to say! Over the short, but intensive period i have been seeing Rian she has located all of the problem areas and trigger points and methodically worked on these areas - it has been rather painful at times but the long term relief has been well worth it. Rian takes her practice very seriously and is very genuine in wanting to help her clients and will go to lengths to do this. So whether you are looking for a general message just to relieve a few aching muscles, or Thai style stretches or more intensive trigger point and muscle pain relief then you will be making a wise choice by booking here. The prices are more than reasonable and Rian and Co will always try their very best and will want to help you as much as they can. I will still be visiting them (Covid permitting) even though my new journey time will be ~2 hours, but i know i wont find anyone else as good closer. Thank you Rian - i truly appreciate all you have done for me ;-)

After my first session at Gold Star Thai Massage the pain went away for a couple of days, and after two more sessions the pain has cleared completely. Best single and couples thai massage we have ever had. Moved to Palmers Green recently and cannot recommend Rian and Li enough for their massage. Great sense of humour and great massage. I have trouble with my back and muscle knots. Rian has made my symptoms so much better. Cant recommend enough!!! 5 stars!

This was by far one of the best massages I have had. My body needed to be stretched and clicked. The hot stones really took care of my aches and the therapist put pressure in all the correct places. I will definitely be going back.

I've had really bad back pain for few weeks now and I saw several doctors but with no avail. I found the place by chance as it's close to my home (Enfield Town branch) but I didn't expect much rather than nice massage. So we go in the room and the lovely lady starts massaging me and it's all nice and relaxing and then she makes me stretch and bends me all directions 😂 I am buried face down and this other lady comes in and says she will help, jumps on top of the bed and without asking pinpoints exactly where I had the pain! And then she says oh you like tattoos, you don't mind pain... That was the moment I knew it was the real deal. She elbowed and kneeled into every knot in my body, whilst the first lady was focusing on my shoulders. Then the second lady left and I couldn't even see her face. The only thing I can say is that you are both angels and my back pain is gone and I will definitely come back. It's the best experience ever. And for those faint-hearted- I really like deep tissue massage but the lady was making sure all the time that the pressure is not too much (honestly I am still not sure how such tiny ladies can have so much power in their hands). 100 out of 5 service.

What a find this place is. Have had therapy massage before, but not Yoga massage. Suffering from numbness in feet and lower leg, shoulder and back pains. Quickly identified by masseuse as poor circulation. The massage that followed was absolutely wonderful. Quite an experience, didn’t realise my legs, arms and torso would get into these positions.
