I have been seeing Ilaria for a few months now and I cannot recommend her enough. I have been searching for a good massage therapist for years now, it is so hard to find someone that gets the right balance between relaxation and physically making a difference. Not only does Ilaria pay attention to your physical needs but she also pays attention to your mental wellbeing and takes to time to work out what oils and techniques suit you for how you are feeling that week. She has fulfilled everything I was looking for and every time I see her I walk away feeling relaxed and uplifted. I thoroughly recommend booking a treatment with Ilaria and I feel so glad that I found her.

I have been having regular massages with Ilaria for over four years now and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is very professional, friendly and knowledgable and can really help with all sorts of ailments, aches and pains. I had an injury that I had seen several other practitioners/therapists about and Ilaria was the first one who actually understood what it was wrong and was really able to help. Her massage studio is very warm and comfortable and I always feel so much better at the end of my treatments. She is very supportive of your overall health and well-being and is always able to tailor your massage to exactly what your body and mind need on that particular day. I went to seen Ilaria a couple of days after experiencing severe neck spasms. My muscles were really tight and sore and I was in a lot of discomfort. The massage she gave me was incredible; so intuitive and soothing. She knows exactly how to apply the right amount of pressure in a focused way. I came away feeling instantly better and the pain in my neck disappeared within a matter of days. I’m definitely going back!

I've had one consultation wit Ilaria (tight calves; achilles tendonitis) and came out feeling a huge amount better after just one session. The massage was quite intense at the locus of the injury but both legs felt so much better almost immediately. Ilaria also shared advice on specific stretches and exercises that I should incorporate into my training *and* on other ways to treat and rehab injuries. Great holistic approach, great therapeutic massage - would fully recommend Ilaria to anyone.

I've been going to see Ilaria for the past 4 years or so and she's quite frankly the best therapist I've found (and I've been to see a lot!). Ilaria has truly found her vocation in life... it is so rare to find someone who listens to and works with the body to achieve the desired results, rather than using a cookie cutter approach for every session. I first went to Ilaria for some post-injury rehab and she quickly understood the issue and suggested other minor lifestyle changes which might improve the condition. Since then it has greatly improved and any slight ailment (or sign of old age?), Ilaria considers, works on and shares some tips before I leave. That being said, seeing Ilaria isn't just about fixing problems, it's also a great chance for some R&R and "you time". I am trying to make my trips to see Ilaria a monthly treat because no matter what is or isn't going on in my body, I feel so much better mentally and physically whenever I leave her!
