My husband and I both had 2 massages each and enjoyed every second. The girls are highly professional and really listened to our needs to ensure that we really got the massage that was right for us. The atmosphere is super relaxed, spotlessly clean, and ever so welcoming. On top of that, we had a couple little requests, and the staff went out of their way to make sure that we had a great experience. I usually have to beg my husband to relax and go for a massage, but this time he came back so happy, comfortable and relaxed, ready for his next booking soon. Well done L-o-t-H! See you again soon

I had a massage with Sarah, and had a really good experience. She was skilled and did a great job with my body that hadn't received any sort of massage for the whole two years of the pandemic. The salon is also tastefully decorated, although it's a bit small, which makes the initial greeting and the possible lingering after the massage a bit hectic. When Alex moved from his former place I moved with him. If you're looking for a knowledgeable therapist, Alex is the person...we call him "the body whisperer" at home because his understanding of what your muscles require is amazing!! He surveyed my problems from a physical and neurological standpoint which is unique compared to other chiropractors. I was then given a variety of treatments including laser and acupuncture which helped alleviate my pain.

One of the best massages I've ever had - the emphasis on LotH is physio, osteopathy, as well as massage and other treatments, so you know you are in good hands (literally!). The masseuse gave me great feedback about my body overall, which after a year of lockdown, was really good to know. All therapists are on the website you can take a read of their individual experience. My only criticism was that I could hear almost every word of the loud speaking person arriving in the room next door, so the walls are fairly thin and the staff could probably ask that everyone arriving respects that there are people undergoing treatments in other rooms.

I have completed nine session of postural re-education (Mezieres Method) at Lavender on the Hill with Emma Diani who is a specialised osteopath. I am satisfied with the services and I cannot compliment the therapist’s work enough. I had weekly sessions for the first five weeks. I felt my body’s posture re-adjusting at the end of every session. It’s a great alternative to conventional massage for those who need to fix their posture. I would highly recommend this service.

As always, I left feeling relaxed and extremely happy with my 1 hour signature massage. Alex got the pressure just right and really worked into the tension I had in my upper back and hamstrings to leave me feeling relaxed but also that my muscles had been loosened. I can’t recommend Lavender on the Hill more highly - from the high quality treatments, to the relaxing ambience of the spa and friendly staff who make it special. After 2 weeks of sever back pain, I decided to book an appointment Primerose Hill. The place is lovely, quite and cosy, super clean (all in line with Covid-19 measures) and the staff is very sweet and accommodating. I needed only one session with Livia to get back on my feet, go back to my normal life and even start working out already! Livia was sharply on time, she first assessed my issue and she immediately understood what and where the problem was. With a 45 mins treatment of firm and deep massages I was pain free. I loved that Livia explained to me in very simple words what the issue was, the causes and she gave me advices on how to deal with the pain. Livia did an amazing job and I will never recommend her enough, best professional in town!!

I love coming here for a good sports / deep tissue massage. The quality is excellent and the facilities are clean and cosy. I would agree with the criticism of another reviewer - if you get a room on the ground floor, you do hear people talking in the corridor, which is perhaps the only downside of this place. But everything else is spot on and I zone out so much I barely notice the outside world anyway.

Amazing sports massage by Alex Lupu! Great technique and very professional, he knew exactly where my pain was and worked through every knot in my back. He gave me several tips after the massage and even recommended a specific foam roller to help with some of my issues. Thanks Alex, I will definitely be back!

Booked a couples massage for my partner and I. Before the massage I asked what kind of oil was going to be used, and was told that it was an all natural oil. Long story short the massage was amazing. After the massage I came down with severe itch and inflammation. When I called to ask what the oil was- she said avocado and almond… I am allergic to almonds. They phoned me back with some recommendations, but never took responsibility for what could have been SO easily prevented by “inquiring ppls allergens “(esp since I was told they have jojoba oil for sensitive/allergy prone clients). This could have also been a much more serious reaction had I been unable to remedy it in time.

Bee, the lovely owner of ‚Lavender on the Hill‘ did a fantastic job totally transforming this place (formerly ‚Privato‘). It is absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean, very atmospheric and welcoming. They offer pre and postnatal massages and couple treatments in a beautiful, big couples‘ room. My signature massage by the very friendly and capable Roberta was absolutely perfect. Every grip, stroke and pressure was spot on. I thoroughly enjoyed my massage, will definitely be a regular customer now and highly recommend it to anyone!

Hi. I discovered Lavender on the Hill by accident on the internet and feel so pleased that I did, because it is an absolute Gem. It is at the top of Regent's Park Road at Primrose Hill in this charming little street that feels like a village setting. It has only been open since October and it is a beautiful place. When you walk in, straight away there is a gorgeous smell and some lovely soft music in the background and the decor is very tasteful So you immediately start to feel calm. I have had 3 sessions of Osteopathy with Livia, which basically at the end of each treatment made me feel like I have a new back, especially the lower back. I was also realigned so I am now walking straight without realising that I wasn't walking straight before, and it has made a big difference. I also had a Reiki session for the first time ever with Balvinder which was amazing. I was drifting in and out of consciousness. When I left after that session, I felt so calm and at peace with my life. A really wonderful feeling. The same can be said when I had an Indian head massage, again for the first time ever, with Livia. The Therapists are all charming and excellent at what they do, and make you feel at ease immediately. Bee is the Woman at the helm, and her advice is spot on, and nothing is too much trouble. I can see Lavender on the Hill and myself enjoying a long relationship and highly recommend that you give it a try. I think you will love the place !!!

I booked a very last minute appointment as I was in so much pain. The booking process was smooth, easy and quick. I got the exact time I wanted despite the short notice. The location is amazing, very close to Chalk Farm station, and close enough to where I work in Euston. Upon arrival I was warmly greeted, offered water and a sit down, the place is beautifully decorated and I felt at ease. Valentyna did my massage for me and she is very kind, understanding and listened very carefully to my needs. I suffer with hyper-mobility and she understood how to massage me and relieve my pains and loosen me up. Valentyna is also very communicative, I always knew what was happening and she checked in the right amount of times. Sometimes when I’ve had massages before the masseuse has chatted too much to me throughout, other times the masseuse didn’t check in enough. I felt like it was the perfect balance with Valentyna so that I could feel relaxed but we could also work through my painful areas, tightness and knots. Valentyna is incredibly talented and amazing, I feel so great and relieved. The whole experience felt like it was worth so much more than the prices, I never felt rushed either.
