I had my first appointment today. For sports injury remedial massage. I was in absolute agony from sciatica. From my left side lower back down through my buttock down the thigh into my calf with numb toes. After 45 minutes of the massage I felt at least 70% easier pain wise. I know I’m not cured but the session was very successful I will be continuing with further appointments. Thank you. Lesley R.

Such an incredible massage and really tailored to the specific needs of the client.
