Prim is absolutely great. I had all of my right neck blocked and I could barely move without crying for the pain. He gave me a last minute emergency appointment and with one hour of massage I can now move my neck and the pain went down a lot. He is brilliant, very knowledgeable and he is really easy going and friendly. He also gives really good tips on stretching and muscle management. He is a sporty person which makes me more comfortable when talking about injuries related to sport. I would recommend him a 1000 times to all of my friends!!!

Prim is fantastic! He really listens to you and wastes no time trying to find the best course of action to meet your needs. He is incredibly knowledgeable and takes care to explain everything he is doing. Very friendly and very professional, I highly recommend his services and expertise. He is now my go-to person if I have a strange twinge, odd niggle, or if I'm just stressed and need a massage to release and feel better! :)

Prim has renewed me during my pregnancy! He is not only an incredible masseuse but has many other skills and knowledge that he applies to his treatments. I have suffered a lot from bad circulation and feeling sluggish since being pregnant and he has given me lymphatic drainage massage and full body treatments to get my body working properly again. As a personal trainer I know how important it is to look after your body on a regular basis with all sorts of training/exercising but that doesn't finish there, you need to stretch ,relax etc and once in a while get your muscles a good massage to reset them when you feel to much tension after hardcore training. Prim's hands are a gift from heaven and together with his knowledge it's a priceless experience. I train hard every day and a deep tissue massage it's the right thing for me. I have regular treatments with Prim, and have really benefitted from these - as a sports massage therapist myself, I know the importance of keeping up with regular sessions. A few days ago I had a soft tissue injury to my lower back. As a result I was in a lot of pain and discomfort, and was unable to do simple day-to-day tasks - even walking was painful. Prim assessed and treated me, gave me appropriate home-care tips, and today I managed to walk pain-free. I should even be able to get back to seeing my own clients in a day or two. I highly recommend Prim if you are seeking remedial treatments - his professionalism and skills are outstanding, and he's a great guy too.
