Had one of the best massages ever at Melvyn’s. Very tranquil ambience. Melvyn is a super welcoming, friendly and calming guy. It was the perfect balance of relaxation and deep tissue therapy. I came out feeling completely cleansed of all toxins as well as being relived of some nagging muscle troubles. Will definitely be back in the near future and massively can recommend! Thanks again!

This was really an exceptional experience. Melvyn was positively knowledgeable - this was one of the best massages I ever had. I trusted Melvyn's holistic approach even if I had one specific troublesome area and it was the best decision. By the end, I was truly relaxed and feeling light as a feather. It's not easy to find an exceptionally good therapist, and it's equally important to click with that person - Melvyn abundantly covered both these points and I'll certainly become a regular.

I had been working long hours and as a result had aching shoulders and back. So hence the need for a massage. I found Melvyn's Therapy Room on line and was impressed by the reviews hence I booked an appointment today (04/03/2022). My first impressions on meeting Melvyn was how friendly he was. The room was just lovely; really clean and had a fantastic ambience made by lavender wafts, candles and soft music. Medical history paperwork completed and then a suggestion by Melvyn on the type of massage that would help me. The massage was truly amazing in fact the best I have ever had. Melvyn started by heating/rubbing my feet which instantly relaxed me. I booked a thirty minute appointment and left on cloud nine after feeling the benefits of a shoulder, neck and back massage. I can't rate Melvyn highly enough and am already checking my diary to make my next appointment !!! Thank you Melvyn.

Best massage I’ve had in ages! It was the perfect balance of a relaxing massage but also getting to the problem areas that needed a bit more focus. I started searching for a new sports massage therapist as the lady I'd seen for years was moving back to Italy. I noticed that this studio had recently opened and thought I'd give it a try. Located in a room above a body builders gym, I wasn't sure what to expect, and I was pleasantly surprised. Melvyn was knowledgeable and understood what areas needed focus to align with my exercise regime. I combined my sports massage with a relaxing massage at the end, and this was great too, I haven't been that calm in a long time. Melvyn is professional and proficient and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend others. I now see Melvyn every month.

I had a wonderful massage at Melvyns Therapy Room. I had the 45 minute deep tissue massage. Thought I would just be going in for my back and shoulders so it was a plus when he said he would do the back of my legs too. He really managed to get all those knots out and I felt so relaxed. He asked if the pressure was ok and afterwards explained a bit about what he did. Room was tranquil, a free bottle of water and overall would highly recommend. Good value for money as well.

Don't think I've ever had a deep tissue massage. Thought I'd try Melyvn as there were so many decent reviews. I wasn't disappointed. Located in a private space (room) in the gym, the therapy room has everything you need and smelled great 😍 Melvyn gave me a little background on the treatment I was having, and asked about areas of focus - my back and shoulders being mine. My deep tissue massage was a full body and lasted 60 minutes, plenty of time to have my pain points relieved. Melvyn is receptive to feedback and will adjust pressure accordingly, though he will tell you that a deep tissue entails firm pressure! I really enjoyed the massage and bonus hot towel at the end. I could've easily taken a nap for the rest of the afternoon 😴 🧖‍♀️ will definitely make this a regular thing. ** I found Melvyn on ClassPass, so if you have extra credits you're wanting to use up - give him a go!

One of the best massages ever. Melvyn was so kind and attentive, he is an intuitive and highly skilled therapist who really tries to understand your needs and preferences. Will definitely be returning. Although the room is not a typical set-up (e.g. above a gym), it was perfectly prepared and had a nice and relaxing atmosphere. You couldn't hear any external noise at all.

He let u know WHAT he was doing and WHY he was doing it and HOW it would help address your needs. He did this in a way that was professional but did not take away from the relaxing and therapeutic experience.
