I have had 2 pregnancy massages from Natasha in the last 3 weeks and honestly, she is awesome. Her massages are so relaxing and help to release any tension built up. I've always enjoyed massages on a regular basis prior to this pregnancy but the ones I've had before were terrible and I was worried about finding someone with the right touch. This is like a special treat before I pop and I look forward to my next one! Highly recommended.

Natasha is a wonderful therapist. Very professional and knowledgeable. I started seeing her for sports massage as I compete in Triathlons, and it's a vital part of my recovery and injury prevention. Sports massage is difficult to get right, as simply pushing too hard is just painful. Natasha is extremely good at judging how she treats you and will adjust pressure and depth of massage based on your needs.
And to top it off, for London her prices are very competitive.

I have been going to see Natasha since the summer, wanting to find a sports massage therapist locally and couldn't be happier with the sessions.

Great sports massage. I run about 8 medium to long distance races a year and visit Natasha to loosen up before races, or to support my recovery afterwards. I also suffer from achilles problems and these massages are hugely important in reducing tension and preventing injury.
Natasha is very professional and friendly. She works from home in a nice part of London, which I guess is why the massage is also good value. We have a quick debrief beforehand to figure out what areas to focus on. She's knowledgeable about massage for long distance running and she particularly gets stuck into my calf muscles and IT Band. The massage is firm but not unnecessarily painful. Just right actually.

Being a member of Serpentine RC & long distance runner, Natasha has recently been taking care of my legs pre and post races. Natasha has sound advice on what to recommend, taking into account ones needs and requirements.
