Oh so so good! I’ve just had my second combination oil massage at Nattawan in Putney and it was divine! The greeting is always welcoming and lovely, the massage is so relaxing, it made me completely zone out, plus the tea at the end is a lovely gesture. I couldn’t recommend it enough and I will definitely be back soon!

Amazing experience! It was my first time thai massage and I felt very relaxed and relieved! Therapist paid great attention to the problematic areas and help to relieve tension( it was nice pain living the body) and Same time to relax. The reception also offered a cup of tea post treatment which is so nice! Will be doing a course to get the full benefit of it and have some relax time !

I just had my traditional thai combination massage today and it was really satisfying. It is my first time at this spa and I will definitely come back for my regular massage therapy. Special thanks to Malee who is very professional and took care of my body aches and muscle tension. She gave me a perfect strokes and stretching that really made me feel better. Plus, I like that they have bed warmer and tea right after the massage. Highly recommended 👌

My first time here and I must say what a wonderful experience. Staff were very attentive and welcoming. I had a Thai massage with Nam who did a great job. She was very involved. They're also doing the best they can with current pandemic with good hygiene practices and masking. I'll definitely be back again.

Amazing massage! I have chronic knots in my upper back & shoulders and this was perfect. Lovely professional atmosphere and effective technique. I asked for it to be deep tissue in my upper back and it was intense but that’s what I needed. I will be coming back! Also amazing value for a 1 hour massage.

First visit back to Nattawan since the lockdown and all the better for it. As always, great value, fantastic massages each time and I've had a few different therapist too. Especially appreciate the fact that an hours massage is a full hour. Safety precautions and temperature testing in place as well. Highly recommended.

The massage by Elli was great. Pressure was perfect. The room was the right temperature and appeared clean. The only slightly negative thing was that I was in one half of a room they use for couples massage with the dividing door in place. This meant that everything could be heard between the 2 rooms. I’m sure it was just a logistical thing but when I arrived a couple in the waiting area were asked if they minded being in separate rooms so it seemed a shame they weren’t able to have that room. 10/10/2020 I’ve just had a 1.5hrs massage by Aui. I’m so spaced out! Again, pressure was perfect. Lovely team. Thank you.

First time to try it here for a couple's massage with my husband. Price is reasonable for a 1.5hr of full body swedish massage. And the place looks really good and clean. Staff is accomodating and friendly. Massage tables are heated which is quite nice. Only minor thing for me why I deducted one star is that my therapist used cold towel on my feet during the massage and a really cold one on my back after the session. But overall, it is a nice place to have a relaxing massage.

Excellent Thai massage therapists, and the owner is so kind. My wife and I have tried several of the massage places in the area. Not only is this the best value, but the quality of the massages is better too. Sometimes I accidentally fall asleep on the table during a relaxing massage, others, I get deep tissue for my perennially beat up body- their capable of technical work. Just go, you won't regret it. Oh, and they take a few pounds off if you pay in cash.

Today was my visit to the Nattawan Spa. Ellie carried out both massages. She was very good,, probably one of the best back massages I have had in a long time. I also had a foot massage and although she is very firm I managed to fall asleep. I will be back.

I booked a slot for myself for Thai traditional with oil massage. I use to workout and I was feeling very tired and I really needed a good massage.When I arrived, I met Mr. Ake and he tested my temperature and gave me sanitiser for my hands. I like the covid precautions they are taking within their place. Then, I waited for 20-25 minutes because I had arrived a bit early (my mistake), but Ake kept me entertained by sharing his knowledge about Thailand and places around as I expressed my views to tour around Thailand. Then, at 7 pm, I was brought inside a room where the masseuse did my massage. Her name was Pra and she was lovely talking to. She did a wonderful relaxing massage using traditional thai oil which was not too scented. The room ambience was too good and the music was very relaxing. I have booked 2 more sessions with Pra and hoping to try different massages soon. I recommend this place to everyone who needs a relaxing day.

I always wanted to find a calming and clean place for a massage as some on the high street look pretty dodgy. This place is amazing, the staff are so lovely, the rooms are beautiful and clean and the massages are brilliant. They have robes, slippers and beautiful Thai tea at the end of your massage. Really does feel like being in a hotel Spa, and I think it's great value for the experience. Highly recommend, also a great present for someone!

I have been going to Nattawan Thai Spa since they opened which is approx 8 years. I returned two weeks ago and then today since the lockdown. Service and massage unbelievably good first time every time. They have taken all precautionary measures to make sure customers and staff are safe during this pandemic. All linen is changed after each customer, masks are to be used by staff and customers ( when head facing up only during massage) and temperature checks are done. You feel comfortable and assured that you are safe when onthe premises before, during and after the massage . Thoroughly enjoyed my massage with Daawu today.

Nathawan Thai Spa is the only place I go for my massage. After my preganacy, my first massage was with this spa. I felt relief from all my aches and pains in my post pregnancy body. I find all the ladies are good. I have tried Kate couple of times and found her to be fantastic. All the therapists listen to your concerns very well and have designed their massage techniques accordingly. Thank you for all the amazing massages. Highly recommended and well priced Thai Spa!!

I had an excellent massage at Nattawan. Although I was initially unsure about going in post lockdown, I was very reassured by their Covid-19 procedures - no one allowed inside without a mask (they also called me ahead of my appointment to remind me to wear one), temperature checked and recorded, hand sanitiser, PPE for staff, clean rooms. And, as always, polite, professional staff who know what they're doing... I feel much better for having gone in today.

I’ve chosen this SPA for the numerous good reviews hoping for the best and I couldn’t have made a better choice. As I went in the receptionist Noe greeted me nicely offering slippers and tea, she kindly explained to me all the different massage styles and we decided for the half an hour neck and shoulder. Then a very skilled therapist, Yi I think her name was, accompanied me in the room explaining the massage and what my preferences where. During the massage she was very caring checking if I was comfortable with the massage pressure and adjusting the massage as my body required; so I ended up having also my foot, back, chest and back treated. I could really feel she knew what was doing. After the massage I’ve been offered again tea and water in the reception. What a treat! It felt like luxury experience for just 27£. I will definitely be back and recommend this Spa to everyone!

The massage was so so, I had better experience. The massage I chose was deep tissue massage, the massagist was stretching me for about 20 minutes and rather than massaging the muscles with fingers, she would often use elbows, then apply pressure on the muscle and hold it. To be honest I am a bit disappointed and unlikely to use this place again even though it has good reviews.

I had the most amazing traditional Thai massage here at Natawan Thai Spa recently from the fantastic Dao. She was not only very friendly but extremely professional and proficient. I have had many Thai massages before but never one as good as this. Full body with deep tissue just where it was needed on my lower back and neck. I came out feeling amazing. I would fully recommend this establishment for it's overall service, but most of all the expertise of the Thai masseuse Dao.

I'd seen this spa driving past, and have been meaning to visit. Today I did, and boy did it live up to expectation. I haven't had a Thai massage before but I've realised this is what I've been searching for! It was therapeutic, I needed the tension and the creases ironed out in my back after a few too many days at a desk. I clicked, I relaxed, and I left feeling soft yet strong, and 100%. The therapist was extremely professional and approachable when it comes to saying what you need. Usually I see a physiotherapist when I'm that stiff, but this was cheaper, and you get so much more, with an all-over work out in a luxurious environment. When one part of your body is worn out, usually other parts are too. I will return for a full body massage when I'm next feeling indulgent, and I will use this place as my medicine, it works like magic.
