F. T.Hadn’t seen Neil for around 4 months due to the Covid pandemic. Am 5 foot 2, small framed. Had been road cycling 100-200 miles per week during lockdown from around mid-May 2020. Managed to get to see Neil yesterday – my legs were extremely sore, so sore I couldn't face getting back on the bike. Today I went out for over 100 km cycle & my legs feel absolutely great! Was able to climb better than before I saw Neil, and had loads of energy on the flats. Even took a couple of detours since I felt my legs could take them. Fantastic Neil! Keep up the good work!
